Very good Teriyaki. Made hot and fresh every single time. The meat is so flavorful after being nice and seared on the flat top griddle. The chefs are also very good at what they do to prepare the food on the flat top. You can get extra meat, extra veggies, extra noodles, white rice, fried rice, etc. I love getting extra mushrooms. Of course all the extras include a reasonable upcharge. The chicken and shrimp teriyaki over soba noodles with extra mushrooms and one spoodle full of teriyaki sauce. It's absolutely delicious ????

That was awful. Spent $15 on double meat. Their beef is like hamburger helper meat. My friend and I are about to shit our brains out. Stomachs hurt. Terrible go

Could be worse. It is not Japanese, not teriyaki. It is stuff. But...it could be worse.

Stopped here in the Tower City food court after visiting the library. I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Soba Noodles, no veges. The Soba noodles were great, the Teriyaki sauce had an excellent flavor, the Chicken was good but there were too many pieces that were tough tendons or something, not chewable at all and have to spit them out which is unpleasant.

Please do not talk about your customers when they’re standing right in front of you, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Even when I approached and was placing my order, I was not met with friendliness and I got a weird look in return.

This ranking is solely based on quality and quantity of food for price point. This is the old Sakkio Japan, but the premise and menu are downright identical. I've been eating their chicken teriyaki with double meat for 20 years now. Unfortunately, I moved away from CLE 10 years ago, but this has remained a staple ANY time I stop in Tower City (or am near the now prehistoric indoor malls that have them). They give you fried rice for free, and getting extra sauce is a must. The amount of chicken (and protein for that matter) that you receive is downright insane. They also have sriracha sitting right at the end of the line that you can serve yourself on, so you can definitely make things as hot as you want. Furthermore, I'd definitely recommend getting at LEAST two extra scoops of their house made teriyaki sauce on there, as it's amazing for the rice after you kill all of the pollo! Everything I mentioned costs you $8 AFTER tax in 2020, is quite clean to eat (sans the sodium), and tastes amazing. It is one of a mere THREE spots that are still open in the Tower City food court, and is definitely worth a stop if you are visiting one of CLE's most historic buildings.
