Very friendly employees. Fast and clean too. The only problem was they didn’t have spinach Stromboli. So I had to take 4 pepperonis. As a general review, at these on the road Sbarros, there is a fifty percent chance of finding strombolis all the time. They are either ran out or don’t have all types. Sbarro head office should work on this supply plan a bit more I guess.

Possibly one of the worst pizzas I've had. The place itself looked messy, not clean, unorganized, I can keep going..

Got a slice of pizza and Stromboli. Both were raw. Stromboli was so undercooked that I started gagging. Employees look like they hate their job too. Service was slightly above bad. Just wasted 15 bucks and threw it in the

I show up at closing time, there is still food on the warmer and they refuse to sell the food items that are still on the line. They would rather throw it away than to sell it.

According to Jeanie, Geanie, or however it's spelled. If you order at 2130 when they close at 2200 you only have the option of whatever pizzas are left out. She refused to make the Stromboli I asked for. I was going to settle for the old leftover pizza but I wasn't paying full price for something that's 20 minutes from the garbage.I don't care about the usual generic response. I want a direct phone # to who's in charge.
Terrible Service... Some wimpy kid was getting my slice of pizza. I pointed out to him which slice I wanted. Next thing you know he decided to be very immature and intentionally point out 5 or more different slices. My finger was on the glass literally 3 inches from the slice I wanted. Next thing you know I was served a very soggy slice as if someone spit on it.This happened on 9-25-22 at around 5:30 PM

Stupid & bad food! just waited in line to pay for a pc of cake ($6) and a slice. d*** woman said you have to go back in line to order the slice of pizza!! Man took bite of his pizza...said it was horrible. Only thing they had was pizza..been sitting there a while...I miss the original Sbarros..they had meatballs and ravioli...Lost customer for good here!

Pizza was good. But one white male employee around 6'2 did not wash his hands with soap and water after using the restroom. And he sat down and flush. Customers beware of your pizza being infected with Ecoli. And this occurred around 8 PM on a Sunday

I am here in front of the store and I am ordering whole cheese pizza but the sales person is telling me I can't order whole but can get 4 slices. Very shameful for such a business.

Awww, this Sbarro outlet wasn't as bad as the low median 1.5-star Yelp rating would suggest. This is a stand inside a turnpike rest area food court, after all, so don't expect haute cuisine. This having been said, I found a ready-made pepperoni slice perfectly cheesy, filling, and decent - not to mention not outrageously overpriced. Service from a cheery young dude was friendly and welcoming too. Given that I wasn't in the mood for any of the other options at the food court, this was good enough to tide me over until I made it to my destination: foodie-forward Ann Arbor.
I think they’re closed for remodeling
