I went to this dairy Queen on 3-3-2024 . I ordered a large banana split blizzard after receiving it I went to sit down and took a bite, there was something sticking up in it , I pulled it out and it was at least 3 inches long, of the stem part of the banana. WHY WOULD SOMEONE PUT THAT IN YOUR ICE CREAM . I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WORK IN A RESTAURANT AND THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT TOLERATED.

This place has the best burgers in Columbiana. I always get the deluxe double cheeseburger and it's tastes so much better than McDonald's or Burger King and you actually get a meat patty thicker than the other fast food places. The onion rings are way better than you get from Burger King and they are while onions with a super crispy Pancho coating. I love the cheese curds too. So when I want a burger this is now the only place I go to. Definitely the best burgers in town.

Everyone is super friendly at this location, I’ve never had a bad experience, and they go above and beyond to help!
I absolutely love this Dairy Queen. The staff are so kind and awesome. The food is bomb. I haven't had anything bad or my order messed once. I also love the things they do for the kiddos at the holidays. The only negative thing I guess I can say is just that the dining area is a little tight but honestly it's not that big of a deal when you get food, service, and a sense of community.
