My favorite place to stop and get coffee! I come through every morning and I’m never disappointed. There is one girl specifically that I want to shoutout, Helen! She does an excellent job there and I can always count on her to make sure my order is correct and delicious. She brightens up the place and my day, every single time!

My order was wrong due to the guy taking orders at drive thru. Although the manager and one worker tried to make it right, I still left with the wrong drink that was over $5 and got poured down my kitchen sink. ?♀️

Never constant.. it either good coffee and wrong order . Or the wrong order and bad coffee.. once in a while, this store gets right.. order & coffee is good.Service @130-2 am omg. My app doesn't work. I can't get anyone to get me a straight answer.

Ohio natives visiting from Florida. Stopped unwillingly at this Dunkin because there’s not a Starbucks close enough. Placed a mobile order…went inside to pick it up and when asked for whipped cream for my 2 dogs I was told “we don’t do that anymore”. Okay.. no problem… when I asked to buy a cup of whipped cream.. I was scolded by the manager.. “WE DON’T DO THAT HERE”. I see based on other reviews we’re not the first customers to be treated like garbage when only trying to make our dogs day a little better. @dunkin… you may want to put this female manager through a customer satisfaction training.
went there this morniing and my coffe tasted like crap--they were rude and did not make it right at all and forgot the whipped cream which isn't that big of a deal but it happens everytime , I had asked them to put some on and got dirty looks and an attitude back

Went there for an iced coffee and a cup of whip cream for my dog.They refused to sell me whip cream. As if they can't order any drink, add whip cream, minus drink.Moral is I would've paid 10 bucks if needed for my dog to enjoy a treat with me. Some dogs last day on earth is no more than coming to get a pup cup before heading to vet to be put down.Yet you refuse to serve the community something as little as whip cream. Poor excuse of an establishment.
Absolutely disgusting. The workers are so rude and don’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter. I watched the lady make my drink with no gloves and practically had her nasty hand all up in my drink. The counters and the workers looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. First of all the manager is wonderful and always friendly. The problem is the blond girl with glasses, high pitched voice, who was being very rude and yelling at everyone. We didn’t even place our full order because she was holding the scanning gun at us ready to complete the sale before we finished ordering. My son wanted something else and said just forget about it since she’s bothered by us. I ordered an ice coffee with cream and caramel, it was white and tasted like a flavored milk with no coffee. Lately this has been a constant. I think I will go elsewhere for now on.

There are a couple great employees that do anything and everything for their customers. Then there are a couple that are standing in back/around the corner playing on their phone or not doing anything. Then the way some of the girls tall to the guys or younger girls is just down right rude and disrespectful. If it wasn't for my coffee being made very well I wouldn't go there. (Columbiana state route 7&14 store by the way)

Just gave me a watered down bland warm (almost hot) bathwater temperature "iced" coffee.Manager was unconcerned.I got a refund and tossed it in their garbage.
