The service was great, had multiple staff stop by to make sure everything was good. The food has actual flavor, unlike other Mexican restaurants. “This restaurant has a good deal of competition in the area and represents itself well. Food is good, good portions and always delivered at appropriate temp. Our server was kind, prompt and accurate with our order. Pictured meals are the Burro Chipotle and the Pollo Sonora. Drinks were Berry and Rasperry Margherita. I only rated the atmosphere lower as there are poor acoustics and it can get quite loud when busy.Parking: Plenty of parking at the building.“

“Norma's is an established, locally owned, diamond of an eatery for authentic Hispanic cuisine. I frequent here generally once a week for the chorizo tacos, sometimes a burrito, but have tried most everything in the menu at this point. Their Birria tacos are exceptional, as are the most important parts of any Latin dish....the sauces! These are house made and offered in various traditional flavors and heat levels.The service is always prompt and friendly, as is the quality of food in being consistently great. The location is clean and unassuming, and having lived in the area as a native for a while, I never knew they existed outside of word of mouth. Overall, a fantastic choice with authentic flavor, and great quality food and service.“

“The frozen marg was 10/10, the service was fast and friendly even with our large group during dinner rush. Everyone's food looked great and tasted just as good. No complaints for an easy Mexican serving in a small Ohio area you don't expect much from.“

“Went for the first time a few weeks ago and the food was amazing! My drink was strong, but so yummy... The service was great. We were seated as soon as we walked in & served rather quickly. We could have ordered 1 meal and it would have been enough for us both, and then some bc of the serving you receive. Definitely worth the price, considering we don't spend much less going to fast food.“

The only thing I can say is this establishment specifically this one, it's just an amazing place they have karaoke they have fantastic food real mahogany tables with leather tops classy! If there's one thing I've noticed about Mexican Cuisine is that it is 100% authentic these people throw down in that kitchen my favorite meal is The Three Amigos it's the triple threat you get steak chicken and shrimp on a cast iron that is just sizzling with cheese grease and yummy oils that everything was marinated in I have never had a bad experience here and they are so humble and so quick to serveParking: Plenty of parking they have a massive parking lotKid-friendliness: They absolutely love kids a lot of the workers have small families or large families and they have high chairs and everything you need they have booth and they have large tables for Mass familiesWheelchair accessibility: Way more than enough room to get inside and the staff is willing to assist if you need it“

“Mellisa is awesome and the team was too! Mellisa took our order and enthusiastically repeated it back to us, getting every item we asked for! We had asked for quite a bit of substitutions, additions, and removals on our food and they got it all right. The food was great; good portions, soft tortillas, and they remembered the hot sauce packets. However, Mellisa and the other workers taking pride in their work will be reason we come back.“

“So for starter the lady who made my bowl Ashley is a true artist he portions are amazing and her craftsmanship is out standing and the while waiting to check out Mariah was explaining to a first time customer the in and out of how hot heads works and making your own meal and she just explained with out judgement and in the kindest way I have ever seen. “Teresa and her team really define what guest service really should be! She's always very friendly very outgoing, and it's really prideful about customer service, it's people like this that you should feel very lucky to have working for you, good people are impossible to find let alone people on her level she's simply amazing. The whole staff there is wonderful, I always enjoy going here ?“

“We always choose this Taco Bell over others in the area because they are so kind to us. At one point they did a little raffle where you could buy tickets and we actually won lol. Not sure if they’ll do it again but it was a fun experience. Also, the service is super laid back in a good way.Food is always full and stuffed with plenty of napkins given in our bags which is always nice since most places might only give you one lol“
