Went here a few weeks ago and had an issue with customer service. Young lady working the register needs more training on dealing with customer request and creating a satisfying environment. Loved the food here but her incompetence got my order wrong for the first time ever and she was unable to fulfill any of the requests I made while I was here. Night and day difference between here and the boardman location, not to mention some of the workers on the grill line had a very offensive and distasteful look when people walked in. If you don’t like working the grill please find a different job or put up a wall so I don’t have to see annoyed and angry expressions when I walk in and give your establishment business.

First off I don't know why everyone is ranting and raving so much about this place. Was in the area and decided to try it since everyone's saying it's so good. Got a double burger and chilli cheese fry. Burger was average and the cook put spices on small part of the burger instead of the whole burger. The chilli cheese fries were decent. They would be a whole lot better if they used thicker fries and not finely shredded cheese on them. This place is not the best around like people are saying it is but it's okay. Would I ever stop back in, probably not. Gave it a try because of all the hype and just wasn't impressed. Service was good and staff were super friendly though!! Place was clean and prices were decent!

This place really blew me away. Best burgers and fries i’ve ever had in my life and i’ve had A LOT of burgers and fries. Service was also amazing, owners are so nice. Atmosphere has kind of a old-timey feeling while still being modern and very clean. Will definitely be coming back over and over!

Saw the two reviews and thought ok......let's drop by and see if they deserve more and you are reading the answer to that.........hell yes! I had the single cheeseburger combo with a lemon safe and this was by far the best burger I have had in my 8 months of working in Ohio. Like the earlier review says, they give In-and-Out a real run for their money. Burger was amazing as well as the fries. Real simple menu as well with some added surprises. Give this place a try.......you won't be sorry.

will reiterate my view of Sespe Burger, which is pretty much the same thing I said about their Boardman location...Sespe Burger is "thee" best damn burger this side of In-N-Out. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers.The breakfast burritos are great as well. I recommend ordering the sausage burrito and adding bacon to it.And don't overlook their special house-made lemonade. The blueberry lemonade, guava lemonade, and the new blood orange lemonade have all been awesome.

I will reiterate my view of Sespe Burger, which is pretty much the same thing I said about their Boardman location... Sespe Burger is "thee" best damn burger this side of In-N-Out. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers. The breakfast burritos are great as well. I recommend ordering the sausage burrito and adding bacon to it. And don't overlook their special house-made lemonade. The blueberry lemonade, guava lemonade, and the new blood orange lemonade have all been awesome.
