The food was amazing. Portions were not overwhelming, which i feel is a good thing. The atmosphere was good, but not amazing. Lighting was dim, but not dark. We had a party of 6 and got right in. The hostess was very helpful. There is some outdoor seating available. The bar itself had about 8 seats. It had a decent amount of local craft brews on tap.

Our second time in, and it was phenomenal. The Bacon Ranch Fries were a great starting. The boneless wings were the star of the show. Katie was an attentive server! The reaper BBQ wings are legit. The boneless chicken was real meat, not processed, and the sauce was just as hot as expected. Though a challenge to eat due to the heat, it had so much flavor that was rewarding. Definitely recommend if you want something spicy with great flavor.

We started with the jalapeno popper tots, they came out fresh and tasty with a nice jalapeno kick and cheesey taste, I'd definitely get them again, kinda wished there had been more than 5 but we had burgers coming up. I had the Frita Cubana with the beef and chorizo patty, the burger was juicy and full of flavor the sweet hot pickles were a highlight. The potato sticks on the burger could have had a touch more seasoning but when eaten on the burger they added a nice crunch. The coleslaw was creamy and a large portion for a side, personally I could have used a bit more acid in the dressing but it was still a good side dish. It can be a bit loud here but that's just the vibe and character of the place, We'll definitely come back for lunch or a casual dinner.
Cool bar, great selection of drinks. Would recommend for a casual night out.

Love the modern gastropub style & the FOOD, OH the food is amazing! We came during Friday happy hour and asked the host what he'd recommend trying & ordered all three. The wings, boneless AND traditional, were both EXCELLENT. For an entree we ordered the Oklahoma smash burger and the ranch handler chicken sandwich & BOTH were excellent. The chicken sandwich is TO DIE FOR. Don't miss this gem in Polaris! We are already planning on going back this week.
