5:50pm 01/19/24 I ordermatcha late L, two sm mango smoothie and a milkshake at the drive thru but she said for milkshake I have to order in side because takes time??? Call me crazy if want but I usually use the drive thru because is faster.. this is the second time and the lady is so rude
This morning I sent my wife for coffee and I asked for the new signature pumpkin spice munchkin latte and we end up with 3 pumpkin spiced iced coffee. Even though it was wrong I went back later myself to talk to a manager and there wasn't one but miss kayleen was super nice and understanding an let me know she can't give me a refund but she can make one for me and I thanked her an said no thank you but she insisted cause she said we at least had to try it because of how amazing...read full review

This was not a good experience at all. I work in the fast food industry and the attitude of the man helping me and my significant other was horrible. We ordered at the kiosk inside then also ordered at the counter. The kiosk was great and I got my food quickly my partner had to wait the whole 15 minutes to get his food.
