Bibibop is consistently delicious! I usually order a small bowl with chicken but will mix it up with the toppings. As always, the food was fresh and fulfilling. They are always speedy at every Bibibop. This location in Easton wasn't too busy considering how full the mall was on a Sunday afternoon. This being in its own little pocket upstairs, it's pretty low traffic for being in the main food court of the shopping center. The girls who took my order and cashed me out were super friendly as well.

I haven't had Bibibop in a few years, and was excited to try it again. However, the experience was less than desirable, and the meal itself was really good but not great. I had not realized this location was in the mall itself when I placed the online order. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're already at the mall. Regardless, when I showed up 30 minutes later to get my food, it was not ready. It took 3 staff members to realize that nobody saw even saw my online order come in in the first place. They hadn't checked the online system and had to make it while I waited. It would have been far quicker for me to order there versus order ahead. For the food, it was still good. The sauce I ordered on top completely wiped out the flavor of any other ingredient sadly. But the everything before the sauce tasted good and the portion was huge. I will try another location and dish next time.

Easton location is one to avoid. Food is good but customer service is incredibly poor. App to order food is ridiculously frustrating. One manager there is great and unfortunately I don't remember her name. Almost every employee seems like they are not trained in assisting customers. They serve food and that is absolutely it.

I always like dining in at Bibibop. Their food is always fresh, tastes great and they have so many options to choice from, from their proteins to toppings. When parking at the East garage in Easton, Bibibop is located in the main building on the 2nd floor. The restaurant was clean with friendly staffs.For this meal, I chose to go with a bowl that included purple rice, spicy chicken, and several other toppings, with the Sesame Ginger sauce. For my beverage, I had the passionfruit lemonade. Everything was delicious.Definitely a place to check out when shopping in the Easton area,

This one is inside Easton Town center. Great views when you're sitting and eating the food is good. Vegetables and everything tastes fresh. Ask for an extra helping. If you want they will give it to you. You just have to ask. When I came there are some people that do not speak fluent English, but if they don't understand you or have something else to say, they will get someone who knows how to speak fluid English and they'll answer your question.

As a fast casual restaurant with a Chipotle-style setup, there is something for everyone when it comes to a meal at Bibibop. Also, with the variety of bases, proteins, and toppings, this place never gets old. For this meal, I chose to go with a bowl that included the newly added Korean BBQ beef, purple rice, potatoes, roasted broccoli, and several cold toppings, along with the Yum Yum sauce. For my drink, I had the Mixed Berry Omija tea, which had just the right level of sweetness. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful even without the sauce. The bowl was very filling and could easily be shareable between two meals. The staff members were efficient, but also took the time to explain the Bibibop concept to some of the new customers. The restaurant, located on the 2nd floor of the Easton Pavilion, also has its own dining area. There is stiff competition for dining options in Easton, but Bibibop more than holds its own - I would certainly consider them the next time I am in the area.

Never go to the Bibibop at Easton Town center in Columbus Ohio. My son needed a cup of water because it was hot and he felt faint and they wouldn't give him a cup of water. WATER!! They asked if I had a receipt and I said no he just needs some water bc he was not feeling well and they said no. I was appalled. Never felt so insulted in my life. I will never give my money to an establishment that doesn't have integrity or respect.

During a recent trip to Ohio to visit family, we stopped in the mall to buy a few things and came across this awesome place. We both ordered a spicy tofu bowl with blackberry tea. There was way more rice than I prefer, but overall I really enjoyed the spiciness mixed with the sweet corn and carrots in my food. I felt full afterwards but not stuffed because there was just the right amount of food

Everything is fine, except the Asian lady working there needs to learn the basics of customer service. Rude and abrasive for absolutely no reason. Everyone else is working there is fine. Food is fine.
Food is healthy AND tasty. Difficult balance to achieve. Little to no wait time, fair pricing, staff can certainly use a bit more motivation. Definitely coming back again tomorrow.

Was at Easton Town Center and we chose Bibibop. We found the food and Miso soup tastier and the portion larger than the Reynoldsburg location that we normally go to. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Lost my vote. Too much change not enough good service. I understand the short staffing.. during these timessss. But man o man. This was Henderson Rd. N close to winterset elementary... Now I refuse to have food brought to me from any of them same thing has happened with me and chipotle so it's not like it's a soul ey loner type deal ?? I wish others to have a much better experience than I had because like I said I did not have mucho Bueno experience.. Wishing you guys the best of luck in your up and coming changes and hopefully they will be the right ones and it will bring me back in for a taste. ?
