Deneea was absolutely fantastic. She dealt with all of our questions like a pro. She had answers for all our questions. Our food came out fantastic. Deneea was an absolute gem. I've never had better service.

BJ’s continues to impress us for this echelon of restaurant. The prices are great for the quality of food they serve. Beers have been solid as well. Jaeger was our server tonight, and he was by far our favorite. He was attentive even while being busy, anticipated our needs as they arose, and also snuck in a few jokes. We’ll be back!

We’ve had a pleasant experience at this restaurant at a different location, so we were shocked & disappointed to have such a terrible experience at this location. To start off the seating at our booth was dirty with spilled drinks and food, so we asked if it would be wiped down before we were seated, in which case the person seating is grabbed a napkin and quickly brushed it off. We overlooked the laziness & tried not to sit in the mess. Our waitress came & was not friendly, but again we overlooked it & figured she was tired from a long day, and know how hard she has probably been working. We placed our order and took a bathroom break, in which we discovered the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Upon waiting on our order, the server never checked back on us, she brought meals after a very long wait (it was not at all busy) my husbands hamburger was cold and did not arrive with the French fries. Later once he had ate his burger, his fries finally came. Again the waitress had been snobbish and didn’t seem to care my husband had to eat his sandwich without the fries. We don’t like to complain, so we didn’t, we just made the most of it and left. The waitress didn’t apologize at all or offer any sort of remedy in place of the fries etc. We know from the previous experience at a different location, this is a nice restaurant if you eat at the right location. This location needs to really step it up!!

Came from Panama City Beach on route to Canada. Our Server Jaegar J greeted us with a great attitude. Jaegar suggested we try the BJ craft beer, he explained the similarities between craft and domestic. We really enjoyed craft beer. Food was great, atmosphere, price and definitely Jaegar. Service was quick and all were pleasant to us. We will be back!
