If you are looking for a totally dank and awesome bagel deli, look no further. Block's serves phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and decent coffee within a reasonably fast time frame all day. The only issue is that, depending where you may be located, it's probably a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip!

I had the Pastrami Melt (#6 in Specialty Sandwiches). The pros were that the ingredients, individually and together, worked very well. The taste was fine. The service was very friendly. The food was prepared to order and in a timely fashion. Those are all very important factors. The cons were the portion size for the pastrami, which seemed to come from an untrimmed brisket or the part that was trimmed off before slicing. When I picked through all of the excess fat, the meat was very good. Even with the fatty cap included, the portion size was pitiful for a pastrami sandwich from a traditional deli. I would recommend on the food's taste and customer service. I would not recommend based on the portion sizes and presentation.

The staff tried to help, but the manager/owner had no interest in solving the problem caused by their online order system. In fact, he seemed unaware that they had an online order process and denied it several times. My wife ordered online on Saturday and paid for 2 dozen bagles to be picked up Sunday after 11am. When I arrived at the specified time, they could not find our order. After attempts by the staff, the owner/manager stepped in and denied that we placed an order. When I showed my order and order number, he was dumfounded. He (owner/manager) decided to argue and tell me I didn't have an order. Eventually, one of his staff discovered it was part of their DoorDash order program, but the owner still refused to solve the problem. He did not fill the order or offer me a refund. I finally left without any bagles or a refund and took my business to Fox Bagles at 3012 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43209, where they promplty filled my order.

The salad I ordered was OK, the service was horrible. I regret being waited on by the black lesbian (BREE). She seems like she doesn't want to work and lazy. I asked her a question and she had a nasty attitude left me standing waiting, she really didn't want to want on me. She's running customers away, just by her bad energy.

I know there are great positive reviews so maybe it was an off day but please read: We haven’t been here in awhile. Always loved this place growing up and was stoked to get there. Wow was this a terrible experience. We got there and there were 3 couples in front of us. By the time we had paid it was well over half an hour. Now, this place slowly got busier after we got on line but even when it wasn’t that busy the staff seemed stressed and the organization for the 4 people they had was insane. They were all randomly all over the place between the front and the grill in the back. The order of operation there is a mess! Have one-two people working the grill, one-two people working the front main line and register and I bet it moves faster but they were all over the place. Now let’s get to the worst part. Now I understand that the owner is older and I hear he has nobody to take over the business but whether or not that’s true what happened next is uncalled for and unsanitary (don’t get me started on the state of the entire place overall and how gross it is and feels). The owner helped my sister in law. She got a salad (amount other food) and while making it the owner drops a glove on the floor, picks it up off the floor and puts the same glove back on to continue making a salad. Mind you he is grabbing the ingredients with those gloved hands. What in the world!?? Next while she was eating a bagel with plain cream cheese she noticed it was very sour. She politely told the owner as she brought it up to him. He, without pause, grabs that bagel, takes a big bite, says he thinks it’s fine and hands her back her bagel he bit out of, asks her if she wants that same bagel back!!! Of course she doesn’t! She was too shocked and too nice to ask for a refund or anything. Don’t get me started on the things the owner muttered while there and the one way he totally was disrespectful to a staff employee that was struggling on the register. We all just left after we finished eating. This place use to be amazing. It had been years since we had a chance to get by here and we will most definitely never go again. The only positive was the dude that helped me with my large order who was clearly tired and frustrated was still cool, he apologized for the chaos a couple times so props to him.

Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese...... So yummy!Wonderful little shop, my husband and I go there a few times a week. There is just something so different and delicious about their bagels that no other place can match. I only have had an issue a couple times with the bagels being overcooked and hard to chew.

been going to Blocks since the opened in Reynoldsburg. The service mostly is terrible. I tell the help I am hearing impaired and they get irritated with me. If you are not happy working there then do not take it out on customers. saw flies on the food . used to be a very good place to eat , but something has changed. Hope it returns to the old but for now I will not be going back and that pains me but do not like being treated rudely
