Walked in- the place was totally empty and yes it was during business hours. Staff were all clustered together, chatting and on their cell phones. They seated us, gave us water and salsa...and just never came back. We walked out- they made eye contact with us as we left- and simply went back to scrolling on their phones. We went to another place instead- that had a full house and was excellent. We will never be back.

Deceitful billing practice. Showed me one total, threw away the original bill and charged me near $20 more for the “right bill” after charging my card for the whole thing. Threw away the tab to try and cover their tracks for missing an item on my bill. Would have happily paid the overage had I been shown the bill BEFORE running my card and throwing the old bill hoping I wouldn’t notice. Will not return, food was fine I suppose, but not good enough to make up for the wrongful billing and not telling me the change and arguing their reasoning. While I was discussing with server the table next to us had the same thing happen, clearly trying to take advantage of the Westerville community. Too bad that location can’t get a good restaurant in it - I was hoping this one was it…

Zero complaints. My picky kiddos were slamming the food. Cocktails were great. 100% recommend.

We enjoyed this restaurant when it was on Polaris & recently discovered they moved to Westerville. The food tastes the same, yummy! The service is mostly friendly but really lacks timeliness. Plan ahead if you need to be anywhere if eating here. We were seated for at least 15 minutes before we had to ask to place our lunch food order and also had to request more chips & salsa. If the manager is reading this, please address the bathroom. This would totally fail a health inspection. It was really bad during our lunch visit which left me worried about their cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Hoping they are still working out the kinks of their new-ish location. But, we’ll wait a while before trying again, if we go back.

My partner and I came here for an anniversary dinner, We stood at the host stand for 5 minutes before anyone came and then We sat for 10 minutes and were never greeted. They handed us chips but never even said they would be with us shortly or anything. There we a total of 5 tables with guests at them , and one large party. However this place was EMPTY, There were probably 4 different people that walked by us but we were just fully ignored. My menu as well was covered in an unknown sticky sauce. It’s really not that had to give just decent service :)

Best chili rellenos I've had since moving back from Phoenix. Tamales are awesome. They use a more coarse grind masa for their tamales and it's very different, but in the best way possible. The chicken filling was great too. Guacamole is different in that the flesh of the avocados was not pulverized, but diced. Salsa, chips, beans, rice - it was all pretty good. I was surprised with the food. The atmosphere is cool with all of the day of the dead artwork and barrio theme. I thought this was going to be another run of the mill "Mexican/Texmex" place. I was wrong. I'm very happy to say so!

This place is an elevated and less expensive El Vaquero. Unique and delicious cocktails. Authentic flavors and super fast service. Obviously free endless chips and salsa and cool art work on the walls. Can’t wait to go back!

My fiancé and I like to stop here for a weekday date night. We live in uptown so we love having a little spot around the corner from us. Their taco shots are delicious! I know I’ve heard mix reviews on their salsa but personally I like it. Their drink selection is great, so many fun options for a night of unwinding after a long week. Staff is nice and attentive.

The wintery decor as you walk in this former theatre was nice, but the Mexican art/murals on the walls inside were wonderful! Javier, our server, was very friendly and helpful. There were four of us for Sunday lunch and we all left quite satisfied. I had the Mexican quesadilla with rice and salad. The quesadilla had well flavored shredded chicken, not chunks, which I definitely prefer. I tasted my friend's arroz con pollo with cheese sauce and want to return so I can order that for myself. Lunch prices were reasonable. The only down side I would say is a 20oz jalapeño margarita was $17, which just seems too expensive to me. I do wonder if they have Happy Hour specials...Great ambiance!
