I arrived at Bob Evans to place my order upon walking in to place order cashier was very rude she seemed bothered to have to take my order. Once I received my order 15 minutes later and drive home which I live 10 minutes away from Bob Evans just to realize that my sandwich was made incorrectly. Mind you this is in the middle of dinner time / rush hour Manager said he would remake my food I asked for very Pacific things to be done to my sandwich. Arrive back to Bob Evans to get my replaced sandwich and still it was not made correctly the egg on my Rise and shine burger was under cooked slimmie and yokie and bun was not toasted and the fries were cold. This is very bad customer service considering I spoke with a manager and I'm assuming he made the replacement sandwich. You need to do better Bob Evans very distasteful and highly dissatisfied.
Great place to go! We seen so many bad reviews, but we found a great place for a nice sit down meal.

We were seated near the restroom and had to ask to be moved due to the smell. Food and service are usually very good at this location.

Ordered take out, as soon as I got back to my car I got my iced tea out, which didn’t have any ice in it at all. Nor was there a straw to drink my not iced tea. There was also no cutlery or napkins. I had to walk back in and ask for these things. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the rancher loaded potatoes. The soup was as you’d expect, not a lot of flavor and a bit of an unnatural yellow color. It seemed like they found the biggest container for the rancher loaded potatoes they could find. There’s not enough ranch on these rancher potatoes.. wild when ranch is literally in the name.

I ordered carry out, a half soup and salad with rolls, and she gave me the wrong soup, the wrong salad, and the rolls were definitely not fresh baked as advertised. I went in and got my soup and salad corrected, but still received the same stale rolls.

So every time I go into the olentangy and King location my order is always messed up and when I call back to ask to speak to the manager I always get a run around about oh well you know item settle. After they have been put in their container and I always get a breakfast on Sundays before I go to work and most every time the potatoes are burnt and there's not a whole lot in there
