Good coffee and service, but they’re literally closed more often than they’re open. What kinda coffee place in a downtown area closes at 2 in the afternoon and doesn’t even open on Sundays? Why? Do you not like money?

Brioso Coffee (on Long Street) is quite possibly my favorite place to go in Columbus. The coffee has always been excellent and their rotating seasonal menu is definitely something to try if you can. The regular/full time menu is full of great choices as well. The staff is always there to say hello and happy to get you going with coffee. Very polite, courteous, and professional. If you are lucky, you get to watch the roaster going and smell the fresh beans as they come out to cool. They have bagged coffee available as well as you can order from their large Cambro containers full of fresh stuff if you want something you don't see already on the shelf. Cups, mugs, coffee gear for grinding and making pour overs, stickers, shirts, sweatshirts etc available as well. The space is open and inviting, the brick and wood really make for a relaxing day to sit with good coffee.

I love Brioso! The coffee is fresh and delicious, and it's a great peaceful space to get work done.

Not often I feel compelled to write a review, but this is one of those times. Craft coffee is growing at a quick rate but very few places are hitting all the marks. This place has the atmosphere and product I always look for, but one thing that caught me by surprise was the level of service. Friendly, courteous baristas, and one of the better cups of coffee I have ever had. Thank you! I will be back next time I am in Columbus!

The cappuccino was good. The environment was nice. The guy at the front with dark long curly hair, not that nice. The staff with blonde hair was nice.

Coffee was fine, nice and hot. Bought a fired pear pastry that was vey than expected. This location bus kind of weird as it is split in two by this large structure, closes at 2:00, which did not please me when I walked in at 1:47 pm.

I had 2 different pour overs while having a stay with my ill daughter in Grant Hospital. As you might imagine, the delight of having a great cup of on-site roasted beans was a much needed boost. I highly recommend you visit them!Vegetarian options: Bakery & sweets to go with your Jo!

The good: the iced honey vanilla latte is good. I haven’t had it since their downtown location and I was happy to see a location near my new job.The N. High location staff member that I spoke with was very helpful when I ordered online. I specified that I wanted it to go to Long St, but when the order was completed, it said pick up on N. High. I called them and he was able to send it to the correct location. The bad: when I picked up my drink at Long St, I felt immediately unwelcomed as I walked in. It was my first time in, so I looked around for where I should pick up, and the barista asked if she could help me, but it was like I was inconveniencing her. I told her what I was there for an online order. Instead of asking my name or order, she said “oh you’re the one who ordered it at the other place.” While they continued to make my drink, both baristas were deep in conversation with another customer, which was fine, but the way it was like I didn’t even exist to them made me feel like they did not want my business. It left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. So, while I’m happy to have found one of my favorite coffee drinks again, I sadly won’t be back at the most convenient location for me.

I drive from Pickerington to Brioso just to pick up a couple bags of their Expresso Roast and get a Cappuccino. I now only come for the coffee and miss the Long and High café.
