Great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. And all the meads were fantastic. we took two bottles home and regret not getting more. As they develop more this year, we'll probably schedule another tour to see everything they put in.
We really enjoyed our tasting and tour. We learned a lot and enjoyed the great samples. Our hosts were great, answered our questions and had some great conversations over the samples. It was great to see how it's made and the quality and care that goes into making it. Everything was very clean and the setup was great for sampling the meads. We bought three bottles on our way out. It was a pretty fun time, I went with all my friends, tasted some great meads, and had good interactions with the bartenders there. I'm really wish that I took pictures of how beautiful of a factory it was, but it felt like I was entering someones passion - not just their job. Really would love to go again, straight up great learning experience.
