I Love this place! I am an ex-pat Brit who misses the prevalence of great teashops and cafes in England, but this one, here in Grandview Heights, serves the purpose very well! :-)

I ordered off of Cambridge Tea House's catering menu for a bridal shower I was hosting. The experience was wonderful. I got so many compliments on the tea sandwiches and scones, and the lavender lemonade was delicious. I ordered about 10 days in advance, and when I arrive the morning of the event, the food was all ready to go and packaged very neatly and conveniently. I will definitely be coming back for my next event (and for some afternoon tea)!

Be aware the kitchen closes early.. I stopped by on Sunday at 2:45pm and they were out of everything .. no scones no quiches and couldn’t make tea.. Why advertise 3pm closing if you can’t serve at 3pm??? Very

So cute! My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and the tea selection was more than I could have hoped for.

It's nice but the meal portions are a bit small and better make sure you have reservations or it will be a wasted trip.

From coming here due to others thoughts that a sit-down tea house is a good idea, all I can say is the scones are decent, but make reservations at Mozart’s Cafe instead. The quiches and egg sandwich are tolerable, everything else not so much. The turkey and other meats are pre sliced from a package, the vegetables are all raw, the fruit isn’t even up to par to a side of fruit you get at a fast food place, and nothing is ever seasoned! Very poor quality food, service, and atmosphere, and you get about 1/3 of a portion size for your whole meal! Every single staff member is extremely rude and judgmental, it’s a shame. The table cloths are frayed and near falling apart with the cheapest texture ever and chairs are outdated, not in a vintage or like any prior era way, plain old cheap outdatedness. On top of it all, the kitchen couldn’t make anything with eggs in it once which is 95% of their breakfast menu and when coming during breakfast time, they didn’t compensate with a scone or a sorry or anything they simply said you’re getting lunch or a quiche! Truly a disappointment of a place.

To many rich snooty people for me.Vegetarian options: My wife had the hummus sandwich. It was soggy but it seemed good from the little bit that I tasted.Wheelchair accessibility: No.

Had been one of my favorite places to dine however, yesterday, I experienced what I felt was discrimination by the manager on duty. Makes me very sad and angry at the same.#dontdineatcambridgewhileblackVegetarian options: There are some vegetarian offerings

Came here today with my daughter and had a wonderful experience! Our server (I believe her name was Katie?) was so sweet and helpful, as was everyone on staff that we encountered. I got the afternoon tea and my daughter had the princess tea. She is an extremely picky eater, so I was absolutely delighted with the options they had available for her (the grilled cheese was a hit!). She said her hot chocolate was the best EVER (high praise from a 6-year-old ?). I had the Black Cask Bourbon tea and it was excellent. This was our first time and I’ve already made reservations again for next month.

My friend and I have been looking forward to coming here for a while, we made early reservations in advance and waited two weeks to get in on a Sunday. When we got there is was extremely small, not exactly what we expected but still very cute!Because we had a little one with us we needed a high chair and were seated at a two person table. Well, apparently that’s not allowed. Instead of simply moving parties around they were extremely rude to us. We felt as though we weren’t welcome anymore.Mind you, there was a party of two seated at a 3 person table. They could have was moved us but didn’t.We absolutely will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

Tiny place, so make a reservation for the best chances of getting a seat and afternoon tea service if that is what you want. Delicious breakfast, tea latte, and tea breads!

We’ve come here twice and have been very impressed both times! The food is only topped by the superb service. This time my friend and I brought our daughters. They had the cutest princess tea! We will definitely be back. This place is a true gem.
