Had an excellent experience today at Charley’s due to Glen. He came around while we were eating and thanked us for coming in. He checked to make sure everything was good, hot and to our liking. How often does that happen at a fast casual place?! Super impressed. Took off 2 stars for atmosphere bc the bathroom isn’t in great shape and smells. Kinda puts you off.

The person at the cashier gives very bad service, he started arguing with a customer and he didn't give me what I asked for and he told me why he doesn't know how to listen, it was an unpleasant experience.

We ordered deliver from here Jan. 8. They shorted us 1 order of cheese sticks. We complained and were promised a reply within 48 hours. It’s now Jan. 18 and they are still not replying to us. This place will steal your money by shorting you food.

Been going to Charley's forever. Never again 3 times went to the location on Stringtown rd. I ordered a large cheesesteak sandwich, told them only half was getting peppers onions and mushrooms All 3 times they put veggies all the way across. 3 times I tried to get it fixed. It was like I was from a different world. Finally just told t h em to give me my money back, and have not been back.

I stopped in (with my hubby) for a quick bite and was impressed by the food and service. This fast food establishment is clean and staffed with courteous and efficient workers. The philly cheese steak sandwich I had was very appetizing to look at, served hot, and was delicious!

I had received a free sandwich coupon from school to Charley’s and when I went to the restaurant they refused to take it. They coupon had no expiration date and they refused to help me in the situation. I was talking with the GM and she had awful customer service. She did not want to help at all!!
I've eaten at Charley's a number of times over the years and while they've gotten a bit more expensive the food quality and amount of food they give you I think has increased. This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants as a whole!

I have been eating these cheesesteakes for years ,never again today at the shop on broad st in whitehall ,i bought a large cheesesteake ,it was bread with a big pile of meat right in the center ,i ask for hot peppers they gave me 4 slices of banana peppers and so much grease that when i took it out of the bag ,the bottom of the box fell ofc ,stay away its very disappointing
