Do Not Order from here!!! They guarantee satisfaction but when I called unsatisfied all they can give me is half my money back. I offered to send package back without it being touched and they said they don’t do returns. I’m so disappointed, people spend their hard earned money and they don’t care. Never again!!!

Teressa Goebel Teressa Goebel BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I just wanted to warn people about Cheryl's poor customer service. I ordered a large box of cookies for the office and a smaller box of variety cookies for myself. The box that arrived at my home was OPENED, and then I find Cheryl's decided to substitute a very different assortment of cookies than I order, without notice to me. I then called customer service about these issues, and their "service" was to offer me $20 off of my next order! The box of cookies that won't be eaten and it's shopping cost me double that price. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I buy a huge quantity of cookies every year to give to coworkers and family and friends for Chistmas. I miss the days of deals and affordable prices. The Upper Arlington location would not honor a 10% discount I had nor did they have any quantity purchase discount like in the past. The young ladies did not greet us upon entering, nor did they assist us with suggestions. While I like the product this may be the last Cheryl's purchase I make.

Store was small, staff was abundant and available to help with our purchase. Appreciated their ability to explain the lack of Brutus/ OSU cookie wrap in the catalogs...Trademark, $, etc. Coming from California, we have been purchasing the Brutus/ OSU cookies from catalog/ online orders. Placed our Brutus/ OSU cookies and had them shipped home. Unfortunate we were unable to utilize our pre-paid free shipping club which is only for I -line orders. Bought a couple seasonal pumpkin spice baked offerings which were delicious.

Cookies are good but pricey and employees can be rude. However Their Cookies are even more expensive on their website. On the website it's nearly impossible to buy a few cookies. You practically have to buy them in dozens.

The absolute service I have ever experienced. I was supposed to be called back but the have not called back. I tried again and got the same answers. I am still waiting. They don’t provide their call service the ability to can’t orders they have failed to send out and they do not provide them the ability to fix problems. This business should be avoided at all costs.

Cookies are good, but do NOT order them online! I ordered 24 cookies on September 28, and I STILL don't have them!! They won't be fresh when they arrive now. Last time for this company for me.
