This is the closest chipotle to my house so I always just hope for the best but honestly they stink. They 100% of the time forget at least 1-2 toppings on my pickup order & they NEVER have fajita veggies either. Just drive to the next closest location so you can actually get what you order.

Walked up to this location at 9:25 on a Wednesday the door was locked. A kid opened it for me. Walked to the empty line, they were already picking up and had no food to sell. This location closes at 10pm. Pathetic. The food looked unsafe to eat as well and very old

This might be the worst chipotle in the country. They're always out of something or are "cash only" due to their system always being down. Service is poor 99% of the time and they are super light on the portions even if you ask for extra. For being in such a populated area, they should figure they're issues out ASAP.

I asked for an order of chips and a steak burrito without sour cream. Instead, I got a handful of chips and a burrito with dried steak and sour cream all over it.Every time I go here they mess up my order in some way. It's a joke, go to the Bexley location if you want a meal that's edible.
Went in for a simple burrito. Was told they were out of steak, lettuce, AND sour cream. Seriously?? Who's managing that store? I likely will never go back to that location.

Just left this location about a hour ago got to the end only to find out they ran out of lettuce got home food was bland no flavor no hat so ever chips were stale queso dip was cold and gross definitely doesn’t taste like other queso dips highly disappointed because I come to this location often and never experienced

Don’t waste your time at this location and just go to a different chipotle. This place always disappoints me and I have officially given up on coming here. I’ve had many orders wrong, missing items, getting other peoples orders, only give you half of the food when ordering online, and today my online order was just downright canceled by the store. No update my order was canceled or a reason. Love chipotle, but never coming to this one again.
