This location has been open for over 30 years. It has hasn’t had a reconstruction or a makeover that is known of. Definitely needs one. We waited almost an hour for our food the. When we got it, the chicken was cold and the okra was burnt ??♀️.
Every time I visit this horrible location, I tell myself to never return. The food is consistently good, but the lobby is dirty and un inviting. If fact it’s creepy.The prep area, including floors, surfaces, and the thick , filthy plastic security window is a real turn off.Parking lot is stupid, dirty and awkwardly situated at an angle at Cleveland and 5th Aves.The employees uniforms are unkempt and look dirty.The employees treatment of customers can go from very slow whether...read full review
