Went there for lunch the day of the eclipse. Kelsey was an awesome server and deserves a raise. My wife and I were treated with respect by her and the rest of the staff. Yes, that should be the default, but we have gotten some odd looks, side comments, and lackluster service because we're a lesbian couple.Best chain Tex Mex food we've had for sure. The queso was flavorful and the included chips, salsa, and jalapeno cream sauce were tasty and freshly made. As New Mexico ex-pats, we were also delighted that Hatch green chile was available! Having it on our burritos was like a trip back in time. Kelsey asked if we wanted chips to go without us asking first, which is always the best part of having leftovers from Tex Mex restaurants. Our friends who visited for the eclipse enjoyed it a lot as well. Will be back for sure.

Ordered chicken fajitas and extra guacamole…one of the worst fajita plate I’ve ever had! Chicken was dry, mostly onions, refried beans were runny and tasteless. Also, zero toppings-no pico, no cheese, no sour cream, guacamole! Also, no chips! Will never go

Salsa way too hot, tortilla soup no flavor, beans and queso runny. Server was awful had to ask for water three times, never offered to refill drinks, asked for a spoon and a bag, never received either. Never going back. Other Mexican restaurant at Easton is much better. Oh and the decor looks like a diner, hub caps on the ceiling just plain weird.

The chips and salsa are very chips. The chips are very light and well salted and the salsa is super fresh and bursting with flavors of cilantro and jalapeño. Ate the chicken and steak fajitas everything wad the same as it started out of this world.Parking: Plenty of parking at easton by costco.

I wish I remembered our waitresses name she was so bubbly and sweet. We have a split plate of the Elvis plate and drinks and it was more than enough for two people. The chips are hot and fresh and the salsa and dip were great!! Definitely will try again if I run across this franchise again!

Skylar was FANTASTIC! The Elvis Presley memorial combo was an excellent choice for my husband and I to share. Skyler, as our server made our lunch delightful.

It is such a beautiful restaurant with tons of parking available. You'll find the atmosphere there to be awesome, and unique. The staff couldn't have been any nicer in serving us, and I really love the food there, especially their fajita salads. This salad is one of the freshest ones out there. However, the only problem is that lately the fajita steak pieces have been so chewy that they're impossible to eat. Only the past few times have I seen it like this, because it never used to be this way. Nevertheless, this salad is so delicious, and the steak is so flavorful, that I don't want to give up on it. Also, the salsa is one of my all-time favorites, with so many fresh ingredients in it.

Service was great, but the food was horrible. I ordered a burrito and received a sour tortilla shell wrapped on top of cold beans. Taco bell is even better. Go get yourself a 1$ taco that’s better. Trust me.
