Got the brisket and sausage, with sides of green beans and potato salad. The brisket was okay, a little drier than previous visits. The sausage was good, and the potato salad was okay. I love green beans cooked until mushy, so theirs was perfect for me.

I got 3 sides, 2 small peach cob and jug ofvtea for $54! (NOT ONE ENTREE.. and it was $54!!). The Mac was dry and tasteless, the cobbler tasted like it was cooked in a dirty brisket pan - NEVER AGAIN!

Went about a hour and 15 minutes before the time to close. They were out of ribs. The cashier tell me it’s because they close in about 1 hour. I reply that I understand that but they also should have known 2 hours ago they were low on ribs . She say I don’t think so and I say I know so. She leaves the cash register and doesn’t come back to it. The manager comes and says that he will talk to her but he never does at the moment so it a good chance that he never talked to her and didn’t care about his incompetent employee. With that I will never go there again or ever use them for all of our pot licks at work. Keep up the good work City bbq.

This is another place we eat frequently and the barbecue is usually good. Last night we were a little disappointed in that no one in our party was able to get what they ordered due to the restaurant being out of most of the popular side dishes and one of the main courses. We've had this happen once in the past with a single item not half of what we ordered. Why would you let people order things you don't have? It seemed mobile orders were taking presence over dine in customers.
