I had bad experience w/food in reynoldsburg.. 3 sided 2 desserts and jug of tea = $54. Only thing good was the tea. So they gave me a $25 gift card that I used at tiny polaris store. Here I got 1.5 pounds smoked turkey which I kid you not had a green hue the day after I got it. (B4 u ask.. yes it went straight into refrigerator.) I don't know if it was upper management/ownership change or what - but 2 bad experienced out of 2, they've lost my business.

Please give a raise to whoever was your pitmaster on Tuesday April 16, 2024. The bark and juiciness of the meats was very, very good, and much better than what I’ve had on previous visits. Peppery, juicy, smoky, lots of flavor. Very, very good!
Every time I've been to this location, I've been super happy. The food is always top notch and the service is even better. By far the best location of one of the best chains in town.

This is one of my primary go-to lunch spots. The service here is always top notch...shout out to the GM, Carey. The food is consistently good and the dining area is always clean.
