Unusual set up. When we went there was a live band doing their sound check and it was hella, hella loud. I was not expecting the venue to be in a music hall. Had I known I would have ordered carry out. Also important to note is that the kitchen/pick up window has a separate entrance from the dining area.Parking: Limited parking in the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible for a wheelchair as there are high thresholds in the doorways.

First time a couple of days ago and it exceeded my expectations for sure! The mango salsa was good enough to be in a fine dining restaurant. The guacamole was also fire and the vegan options were executed perfectly. Try this place and you will not be disappointed ???????

It used to be better. Something is going on with the black beans. They are so incredibly salty and barely edible. I had a vegan large Crunchwrap and black bean dip and it was so salty it was hard to eat and I couldn’t finish it. Please someone taste test the food and don’t make the black beans inedible. They should be delicious and not so salty it’s unpleasant. When the chips are already salted it makes having a salty dip just downright difficult to eat.

The site and the front of the building says it’s open at noon. Kitchen doesn’t open till 3. Need to do a better job conveying what their service times. Drove all the way over to not be able to eat

I’ve only ever gotten takeout so I can’t fairly rate the atmosphere, although when I’ve picked it up myself-it’s in the Summit Music Hall so not much of a restaurant feel. The food is great, but they occasionally don’t get my order correctly and will run out of Steak for a period of time. On their website they indicate if they’re out of steak but not on DoorDash so you only find out upon receiving the meal. Otherwise, my favorite crunchwrap place, one of my favorite quesos!! I also have a seafood allergy and haven’t had any cross contamination with their seafood products!

Ordered via door dash today and right after placing my order the owner got a huge $400 order. Guess who didn't get any food today... the owner decided not every customer is equal today and was planning to force me to wait to get my order until after she took care of the larger one. I was on the phone with the dasher when he asked her to cancel my order so I could order elsewhere.. I was not her problem and 'he needed to stop talking to her.'I've never heard a store owner talk to a customer like that. It was my first time ordering and last.. just like that. Ill tell this story everyti.e some tries to bring this place up for the rest of my life. Not all customers/ orders are equal at Crunchwerks.

Came in for Uber eats because it said on the app to call and the food will be brought out to my car, I call and the operator says come inside a random restaurant to pick it up. I go into the wrong restaurant and it’s freezing outside , all along it should have been brought out to me in my car. Waste of my time.

Super delicious! Had the chicken bowl, great combo of flavors and quantity. Yum!

This place is set within The Summit Music Hall with little exterior signage, so it was confusing to find. Food was clearly denoted what could be vegan and staff was extremely helpful. The kitchen for take out pick-up is next door. Food was delightful in taste and texture. While there, we went to add order another item and the online ordering went down, presumably because the music hall opened and had an influx of people and the manager in charge decided to limit online orders while dealing with the rush, but it was frustrating to not be able to order.Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free creams and cheeses available. For gluten free, the only option is a bowl. For gluten sensitive, you may be able to do the tots, which are fried in the same oil as other products with gluten.Parking: We arrived a bit before the show at summit music hall, so parking was fairly easy to find. The blocks around the hall filled up around the beginning of the show, so parking may be harder to find during shows.Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground level, no buttons for the automatic doors.

So tasty!!! A gem of a place that I wouldn't expect to be the highlight of my trip. A great place for vegan snacks

I love this place! So many vegan options and they have vegan queso which is rare for a non vegan restaurant. Love the tater tots and the for vegans I recommend The Vegan! It's like a Crunchwrap but way better! If you don't want to eat at summit music hall I recommend getting take out! The service is fast even if you decide to eat inside the summit music hall, just scan the barcode and they will bring the food to you!

I've personally ordered in person at Summit and for delivery. The food is ALWAYS on point. The crew is top notch. No negative remarks at all. 10 of 10 will 100% be buying again.Vegetarian options: Very friendly menu with customizable options.
