It's always a delight to wait close to 20 minutes for a two subs. and both subs were awful, truly awful. the owner really needs to hire better employees. it's always great to see the girl who should be making my subs, talking to two young men. i hope the girl didn't put sweet n low on my sub! it was the strangest thing. i saw the girl grab packets of sweet n low them put them on a sub. it was odd. FYI. i didn't finish my sub because it was tasteless. the quality and service has truly ruined this place.

I really love this place but for some reason this store took 50 minutes(not exaggerating)to make 2 subs. Was mostly ignored by the staff(4 of them) until I had to remind them that I had placed an order. The store was empty at the time. Not impressed. The one in Xenia, OH was monumentally better and super quick.

I was in the area for a concert and it was my first time having DiBella’s. I was attracted to the restaurant because an “Everything” bread was advertised. I opted to get this bread and create my own sub. Ultimately, it wasn’t a bad meal. It wasn’t the best sub I’ve ever had as the cup advertised, but it was good.

I didnt have the best experience today at lunch. I waited a while for my meatball sub to be cold and minimal sauce, my cheese wasn't even melted. It really wasn't good, I expected better from this place.

We have the nerve to come in half an hour before closing time or forced to stand and watch people working all around us without acknowledging us at all. Once we work the food the staff inmate incorrect food and then try to tell us that we had misordered somehow then refused any resolution and actually left us standing at the counter and went in the back and hit I know this is not debella's standard it's just what they have

Excellent service when placing our catering order - easy and accommodating to special requests. The delivery and set up prior to the event was on time and by a very friendly and knowledgeable DiBella's catering employee. We have used them prior to this event and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them for the product, the service, and the price.Vegetarian options: I like that there are two vegetarian options: one with lots of various veggies and a little cheese, and one with more cheese and just lettuce/tomato. We chose the cheese option this time as one of our sub choices and it was very well received.
