Delivery email said driver left the store at 9:50pm, arrival time by 10:07pm, it's currently 11:04pm and cannot reach anyone at this location by phone? Glad I opted to pay cash, otherwise would've paid for food I never received. Had this issue once prior, thought I'd give another shot because we all have our "off" days, but many months later here we are again.? I'll never try this again.

Normally a very attentive and prompt experience with this location but no so much today. I ordered a large pep and sub, got there on time and was told my order wasn't ready and pull to the side and it would be out in 5 mins. 20 mins goes by and no food and I had to back up to the window where my pizza was sitting and ready but the employees refused to bring it out because the cold (I guess)

When you call to order pizza it does not connect you directly to the store you are sent through what seems like a third party or call center they don't deliver to my home they claims that they have been robbed by my street so I always have to pick the up my pizza and this is all the donatos in the surrounding vicinity I honestly think they do this if you do not tip everytime. The pizza is always good and if it's not hot they are willing to fix that with no problem.

I have been ordering from here for over 20 years. The food is always good, and delivered quickly. However today I have a request. Please please rehire your old drivers. This lady today from doordash thought I was going to give her a $12 tip for one sub! Claimed she did not know she needed to give me change and had no change to give. Told her I'm sorry but I'm not paying $20 for one sub. She asked me if I could drive to my bank and get change. I told her no. She Called someone but it was not to speak to donatos or doordash. Not sure what that was about. So I called and canceled my order at the store.

Here’s what their pizza looks like when you specifically ask for EXTRA SAUCE! Any other donatoes location has a normal amount of sauce. But nope not this location, your pizza is sauce less weather you request extra or not

Worse location in Columbus. They giveYou extra cheese when you don’t ask for it and no sauce when you request extra. I’ve never seen a place that doesn’t stick to a measurement for food. Every pizza is different but never just right. I come here a lot because it’s 3 mins from my house but at this point it’s becoming a huge waste of money
Don’t waste your money. Employees just be drinking the pizza sauce cause they’re not putting it on the pizza. Nothing but bread, oil, and cheese

My food I had was all bread. I didn’t order just to eat bread. If I wanted bread I would if gone to a bakery. And when I called to complain the manager said there was noting he could do it was made just the way the company wants it. Well guess what he lost a loyal

On Monday ordered founders favorite and Hawaii pizza. They were awful. The meat on the Hawaii pizza was sandwich cold cuts tasted awful and the founders favorite was not good. I will not order from there again. Threw both pizza’s away. I have.ordered from there many times. Have never received anything like that before I am very disappointed. Was not at all worth the 43 dollars I spent.

Placing the order was a breeze, but receiving the order is a different story. I asked for well done Big Don with extra Italian dressing and a large Dr Pepper. The sub wasn't well done, no extra dressing and I got a Pepsi instead of the Dr Pepper. It's a shame that they don't give you what you pay for. I notice that the subs are smaller than before, much smaller.On Yelp it says delivery is $1.50, but I was charged $4.99. Do you think I should order from them again?
