Everytime I or my husband goes into this specific store there is an issue, orders wrong, cold food or they just stand around and pick their noses and don't wait on customers, this store needs to either be closed down or everyone fired including Stacey the so called manager at store that leaves customers on hold and does not care what's going on. Placed an online order and the total with a deal came to $18.49. While picking up the order the person at the window kept asking for a higher amount, after showing my web receipt and the confirmation screen showing my amount he continued asking for $25. I asked for the general manager's information and he refused, then stated he was the manager but refused to give anything to identify that.

The waiting at location is ridiculous! I ordered my food online and it said it would be Ready at 315. Only for me the have to wait damn near 20 mins for my order, I had 3 different worker's saying 3 different things
