This has to be the most consistently bad Dunkin in town. It’s like they saw Burger King down the street and said “hold my latte”.Frequently out of menu items, long waits for *already prepared donuts* when there’s not a single other customer anywhere to be seen, orders are frequently wrong and/or missing items.I was excited to finally have a dunkin on my way to work, but I’m just wasting money and time if I’m not getting what I ordered.

Me and my friends come here every day as our hangout spot and they always put up with us.
My mobile pickup order was incorrect (wrong drink size) but I appreciate that the employee working the drink thru stated while taking orders that a new employee was training and to please talk slowly and be patient. I’d rather them say this upfront.

It’s a Dunkin! I’ve never had any problems with my Mobile or drive up orders placed here. If I order pick up for inside, they tend to keep orders behind the counter, so I need to speak with someone before getting my order. They are attentive so this has never been a problem for me.It’s nice that the bathrooms don’t have any sort of key code so you walk in and not have to talk to someone to use the restroom.Parking: The parking lot is a one way loop, and it has plenty of spots to park if you plan to pick up in the lobby or plan to sit inside.

If there were negative ratings. I would have given that. This whole incident happened about 10 minutes ago. Asked for cold coffee with less ice at the speaker. First she laughed and had me repeat my order 3-4 times because of my accent but it’s just common sense to understand a person is asking for large coffee . Anyways, This girl handed me a cup full of ice with little coffee in it. I asked her this is straight ice, can you make it less ice. She got mad and gave me look and said I have to make it again. She had me wait for good 15 minutes even when no customer was nor inside the store neither at drive thru. 15 min later she handed me drink and it was gross and she deliberately made it. Not being racist, but this is the third time these color girls have done the same behavior with me. I think Dunkin should do something about it. If these workers do not want to work eveing shifts then why are you giving them evening shifts. They spoiling people drinks and money just because it’s evening time and they don’t want to work no more and are ready to go home. Sad, they made so much hue n cry about they being victim of racism but they don’t think twice making fun of people with little accent. Good luck Dunking on west fifth ave.
