If you want to try a very authentic Mexican restaurant with a seafood focus, this is the place. They do have a traditional menu as well, but the seafood definitely seems to be their hero. I had the red snapper, so good! Spicy and well cooked!

Ordered from the main el barco website and was charged a web ordering fee and a sales tax. Arrived to the restaurant and paid more for using my credit card. The most irritating part was that I was charged more because according to the hostess the prices on their site weren’t correct so I was charged even more. It was a $7 difference. The hostess said that it’s been wrong for four years. Seriously and nobody thought to update that? Well hopefully the $7 is worth a customer not coming back. First time and last time.

The food was tasteless, we ordered a broth, it only came with 4 shrimp and the cost was 25 dollars. We let the waiter know and he only said that they would improve next time, it was a bill for only 3 people and it was 200 dollars, their prices are excessive. Prices for the portions are so small and tasteless, the only redeemable thing was the steak, the lighting is terrible, the place was dirty and messy, and apart from that the total bill goes up if you pay by card, in cash it is a total and in Payment by card is another, terrible, we will not return again.

I went on a Thursday night with a co-worker. The food was great and by accident I dropped my wallet on the bench. I called and returned the next night to pick up my wallet. It was found by the waitress who turned it in, nothing was missing (Thank You Samantha) I tipped her and stayed for Karaokee night! Highly recommended.

My experience was wonderful . Yolanda was my server . When I came in she greeted me with a smile , the music was playing and the building was packed.I got a blue margarita and it was delicious and refreshing ! I had the stuffed lobster with shrimp for 2 it came with French fries and salad and rice! Very feeling ! I would definitely recommend.

Food was amazing, they were really fast for a Saturday. Server Yolanda was amazing very nice. Also very helpful with the menu since it was our first time, food was delicious. We be coming back good!
