Wedge salad was a bit small for the price - but delicious. The burger was delicious and cooked to the temperature I requested - not something that always happens. Desserts were amazing. The only negative feedback I have is that fries should be STANDARD - not an add-on for burgers and sandwiches, particularly given the price of the item. The burger was already $17 without fries. And the fries were greasy. I don't like to complain, so I didn't say anything to the server. However - I paid $6 for greasy potatoes.

Although we made our reservations for 8 people a week before, our table was not ready when we got there, right on time. Wine and beer drinks came right out but, mixed drinks were slow in coming. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed but trying hard to manage.

Old bar/resturant. Used to be the clock restaurant years ago. Has the original bar still in there. Cool setting. Rustic. Food very good and service was great. Definitely will go back soon.

Overall, our experience was good and we'd return again. The historic charm of the interior design made it worth the visit, even though it was loud. This is not a good venue for a quiet romantic dinner. The draft beers had unique nuances that we liked. The service was good although it's fortunate we got an appetizer because the dinners were a long wait. The sauerkraut balls were yummy and not the typical appetizer fair. The dinners were beautifully prepared and plated, with the exception of the french fries which were horrible - soggy and cold. This was disappointing, but an excuse to avoid the fried food.

While a cool venue with decent enough food the service was terrible. From having to look for our waiter after sitting unattended to for 15 minutes to another 15 for drinks then the owner apologizing for the late meal arrival it was a disappointing event for the 7 of us.

My husband and I decided to celebrate his birthday at the Elevator Brewery, hoping for a memorable dining experience. While some aspects of our visit were delightful, others left much to be desired. Let's start with the positives. I ordered the filet medallions, and they were cooked to perfection, delivering on flavor and tenderness. It was a culinary delight that satisfied my palate. However, my husband's choice, the Ruben sandwich, fell short of expectations. He described it as just okay, with the fries surprisingly outshining the main dish. For starters, we opted for sauerkraut balls, wings, and calamari. The sauerkraut balls and wings were delicious, hitting the mark with their flavors and textures. However, the calamari left us disappointed. Not only did it taste a bit off, but the portion size was also disappointingly small, leaving us wanting more. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end with the food. Despite the occasion being my husband's birthday, no one acknowledged it or thanked us for choosing to celebrate with them. It's the small gestures that can truly elevate a dining experience, and the lack of acknowledgment was disheartening. On the service front, our server Devin deserves commendation. He was kind, attentive, and made efforts to ensure our needs were met throughout the meal. However, the ambiance of the restaurant left something to be desired. There was an interesting smell lingering in the air, although everything appeared clean and well-maintained. In conclusion, while there were highlights to our experience at Elevator Brewery, such as the perfectly cooked filet medallions and Devin's excellent service, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. The underwhelming Ruben sandwich, disappointing calamari, lack of recognition for the special occasion, and the slightly off-putting smell make it unlikely that we'll return. For the price, we expected a more memorable dining experience, and unfortunately, Elevator Brewery didn't qui

Didn't get to try the food yet. Only stopped in to see if they had any of their dark force brew that I haven't seen in many years. I left with a growler of their red ale, which was pretty outstanding.Staff was friendly and helpful. Beer was very good.Food looked and smelled great, but I had already ate elsewhere and was in search for that brew.

Sierra, our server, was both friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first time there, and we could not have been more impressed! The poutine was OUTSTANDING, and our entrees were just as delicious. Will definitely be back soon!

Tuesday happened to be a great day to go there. The rock steak was buy one get one half off. We walked from there to Nationwide Arena for a concert. Parking was $10.99 that is a bargain.

I visited this place mainly to try their Creme Brulee. My partner and I dined in. Although we had reservations, the wait time to be seated took about 15 minutes. The Host seemed confused on where to seat the guests. Finally, when seated we looked through the menu and they have decent selections. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Penne and my partner ordered the Grouper Sandwich with French fries. My dish was okay. However, my partners Grouper sandwich was very greasy, as well as, the fries. We asked for some replacement fries because the fries we had appeared to be 'bruised' and not burnt. The bruises looked black. I added pictures to show the old potatoes being served. Our server didn't really check up on us or came by to see if everything was okay when our food arrived. We would have to flag her down. She wasn't as attentive as we were expecting. I would have given the service a 2 star but she did bring back some new greasy fries, when we told her the fries didnt look right. When it was time to order dessert, we ordered the Buckeye Brownie and the Creme Brulee.Overall, the atmosphere seemed cool. A decent spot for happy hour. Our experience was ok, but not a place I would rate at 4 or 5 star.

Have never encountered such an incredibly rude host in any restaurant or brewery in my life.

Really disappointed by this. Terrible appetizer (poutine was just greasy) along with two very bad entrees (filet medallions and braised short rib). Simply awful.

The food was good! But I don't see Elevator brewing being around for much longer unless if they tweak their service. On a Saturday night, they were very understaffed. I was surprised to see it so busy, but that also meant a lot of work for their staff. Most of the tables didn't have food when we walked in. Our server took our order without writing anything down. I am NOT a fan when people do this. Some of the drinks were then messed up. Since he was busy - it took awhile for him to come back so we could let him know something was wrong. I ordered the almond chicken salad and actually LOVED it. The dressing was amazing and so sweet. I will 100% be ordering that salad for takeout. The cook your own steak thing has been Elevators thing for decades. The workers come and explain how to do it as well. The side of veggies that came with the steak was pretty darn sad. Frozen and small. The steak itself was fine, but not very seasoned as it comes with no seasoning. The place has potential, but it's showing its age throughout. There is a lack of parking, and when we called and asked where we could park, they hostess just said "Yeah we have that issue with people having trouble". I understand there's not valet, but a little recommendation would've been nice.
