Oh Figlio...you are just a mere shell of what you used to be. The only thing more worn than your old carpet and dented walls is your menu. You used to be the king of them all...local, fresh, unique. Now you are just another place. Your food is still decent and the bread and oil is still a nice touch, but your portions are smaller (I counted 5 quarter size pieces of chicken in my $20 chicken and penne entree) and the dessert menu is the same as it has been for many, many years. The service was still good, but the overall experience continues to decline...so much so that you have fallen off my "tried and true" list. I would sadly rather take the risk of trying something new and being dissatisfied than being bored with you. I think it's time to take a good hard look and maybe shake things up a bit. Your foundation is solid, and you have years of great experience under your belt, but a breath of fresh air on the menu and a nice coat of paint could make all the difference.

LOVED the focaccia bread they brought out before dinner, the oil they brought to dip it in had rosemary and other fresh herbs in it. Dinner was yummy! Good Italian, nothing out of this world but a safe bet if you’re wanting something tasty.

I went in for their happy hour. Its a cute spot and very nice vibe. I sat at the bar and the bar tender was very attentive. I didn't get to try their food but service was great and wine was good! I definitely want to try the food so i'll have to go back soon!

Great little Italian place. Loved the warm cozy atmosphere. The herb oil and bread are to die for. Also impeccable desserts: I’d order them all again!

If I could give this place more stars, I would. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary.Beautiful little restaurant, staff was friendly with perfect timing on everything. Food was top tier for value pricing. And the creme brulee was everything we wanted it to be. We will definitely come back.

The chef who made my pizza “Roz” they call him I heard, is a master at his craft! I enjoyed the chicken avocado pizza that was made even better than it sounded. Compliments to the chef!!!

Came here on a Friday night after a long week of work. We walked and got seated right away.(Thankfully, we had reservations because it was PACKED) The Grandview restaurant is pretty small, although it's a cool little spot. The oven is out in the oven so it makes sense it was hot. The food was very good! Pasta dishes were smaller than we thought but the taste made up for it. The wood fired pizza is unbeatable, super good flavor! Great dinner option if you're in the area.

It is a decent Italian restaurant. They have an open kitchen and it is really fun to watch how cooks bake the pizza in the fire wood oven. Their pizza had a thin crust and light toppings. It tasted authentic and flavorful without too much oil, totally different from those fast food pizzas. The restaurant was decorated lovely and the service was brilliant. But the WiFi did not work.Parking: They got their own code for one hour free parking

This place is a family favorite ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust and pasta available. This past visit, the GF crust was doughy in the center but rock hard on the edges, so not my favorite experience.

Great little Italian family restaurant in Grandview. Nice rotating specials on the menu throughout the year. Good bar service & friendly wait staff.

My favorite place to go in all of Ohio. It took me 8 months to find a place where I belong. Why? Because Figlio has managed to capture every note of my taste buds and never disappoints. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

First time here for restaurant week. I loved the space. It was super cozy and warmly lit. I was overall impressed by the food. The bread and oil for the table is remarkably yummy and addictive. Salad was fresh and pasta was properly cooked. Unfortunately my tiramisu was frozen solid in the middle. I also found our server to be detached and seemingly annoyed to be there. But I'd give them another shot to try the regular menu. It would be a fantastic date night spot.

The food here is always a win. And the service was great. Thank you for taking good care of us, Alyssa! We went for Restaurant Week. For starters I enjoyed a very dirty Tito's martini with extra Gorgonzola stuffed olives. I had the Caesar salad, pasta with chicken and red pepper cream sauce, and the tiramisu. The Caesar salad was a bit bland I admit - it needed more garlic. But the lettuce was super cold which I love. The pasta was amazing. Super creamy with plenty of sauce for the bread which they serve with a yummy olive oil and herb mixture. The olive oil is a very good quality - bright and green. The tiramisu - WOW! The best I've had. They make everything they serve from scratch there. But the tiramisu is delivered from New York City bc it's that good. It's worth going here just for the tiramisu. We will Be back soon!
