I always love Indian food! This spot was no exception, though the curry was a little bit watery. The naan also wasn’t the greatest naan I’ve had. It was a decent spice level. For the food you get, it was a little pricey. I got a chicken curry with rice, naan and drink plus tip for $25, but the serving was small and I ate everything pretty quickly. But North Market can be tough to maintain business, so it’s always good to support local!!Vegetarian options: Rice, garlic naan, Samosas, Vegetable Korma, Yogurt Curry, lots of meatless options!Dietary restrictions: There are multiple Vegan and Gluten-Free options availableParking: So Park street has paid street parking. Typically there’s a parking lot dedicated to North Market where you can get your parking payment validated if you purchase something from North Market. Lots of construction right now so that is not open.Kid-friendliness: Kids can definitely try some IndianWheelchair accessibility: North Market is a little tight but there are wheelchair ramps to get inside the building

Yuk. Watery sauce, palak paneer with no actual paneer, floppy wet naan and we got all the way thru the order and were told no raita. All in exchange for $16. Stay away.

Absolutely wonderful food and fantastic customer service. I've had the lamb curry and the palek paneer and both were absolutely incredible. Garlic naan and a mango lassi are musts. Sometimes my hearing isn't the best and the guy working the counter was so patient with me. Will be a challenge to eat anywhere else at the north market after having their food.

The guy at the counter was fantastic and freshly made us Mango Lassi. They also offered us samples and we tried the Aloo Paneer and Paluk Paneer. Decided on the paluk and it was really good! Very creamy and rich in flavor-- only wish it came spicier! Went on a Saturday during dinner time in the Short North with a big hockey game going on. They were individualized and quick nonetheless. Very friendly, would go back to try more items like their naan and raita. They were pretty pricey but a portion fed 2 people!

Nice Guy

I don’t know what to say except it was “fine” going down, but I was then ill (vomiting, chills, diarrhea, feverish) for the next 15 hours or so. So, yeah—no thanks.

Vegan! Vegan! Well marked items. Friendly staff. Too much to eat for 1 meal. 1 had the 3 vegan option with rice, including Chana Masala, Dal and Cabbage and Peas. The other substituted Aloo Mutter for the rice. Vegan naan made fresh while we waited. 2 meals and naan and water and tip all for under $35 and all was really yummy! Enjoyed eating outdoors at the picnic tables on a lovely warm evening.

I was craving Indian food while walking through the North Market so I stopped at Flavors of India. The woman working was very friendly and let me try the different options available! I would definitely recommend trying things before ordering because not everything tasted as I would have expected but I loved the options I chose! I will say that I felt the prices were a little bit high. It was over $20 for a plate with 2 options and a piece of naan but I was able to make this 2 meals.

Well, if you're downtown and you can't get away to go further north in Central Ohio or Columbus area to really go to an Indian restaurant, this is okay. Place very quick. You do get all the flavors. You can see it right there in front of you. Staff seems to be okay. Happy to serve you. It is a fast place so just take your time. Ask the taste. If you will they'll give you a sample. At least they did for me and keep it moving. Just remember parking here right now is horrible. Once they fix the parking lot and garage or whatever they're going to do, it'll be a lot betterParking: Parking is absolutely horrible right now it's under construction. Once they get it together hopefully it should be better

So I actually really love the food here. I've had lunch/dinner here multiple times over the years, they are always friendly and the food is consistently good. On my last visit, I did note that the prices have gone up significantly. I had the chicken tikka masala dinner, which came with a couple of veggie sides, naan, and a mango lassi. With tip, it came out to $30. I love supporting small businesses and the food is great, but it was a little costly for fast casual. I do love the cabbage and potatoes side, and the chicken tikka masala is always delicious.

Garlic powder on a pita is not "garlic naan."

Nothing to write home about. Just Salty. Curries have no tastes other than salty. Very disappointed.

There are so many places to choose from in North Market and we almost didn't try this Indian gem, but as we pondered upon the menu, the wonderful young lady working behind the counter offered us several samples. Do NOT believe the bad reviews, this place was AWESOME! The service was excellent and the food was outstanding! We ordered the lamb curry (rogan josh) and the saag paneer. We tried the lamb and chicken curries in the sample but decided upon the lamb due to its elevated spice level, that I love (although the chicken was great too). Additionally, I wanted to get the saag paneer because I had never had it before, and it was all I imagined and more. It was super creamy with complex flavors. The lamb also offered a complex spice blend with rich sauce that went wonderfully with the perfectly cooked basmati and garlic naan that we used to sop up all the juice. The vegetables that we chose with the lamb were uniquely seasoned, cooked well, tender but crisp so they weren't soggy, very tasty. We will definitely be back to this place the next time we are privileged with a trip to Columbus!

The worst Indian food in Columbus. The curries are not flavorful, their naan is not the real naan. I also tried their Samosa and it was garbage, they served it cold and it was the worst I had ever. Their prices are high for the quality and taste of the food. I will never recommend you this place.

Not good do not go here. Naan was disgusting. Mahkni chicken was awful. Would never go back. Do not recommend.
