The food is always good here. Usually get takeout. Has a smallish dining area. Great way to introduce yourself or your besties to the art of Ramen.

Not sure what is happening here. I have been here a couple of times, but I think shrinkflation may have made pushed Fukuryu off my "great value" list. I did not finish the curry and this pork belly rice was okay but I wouldn't say it is worth the price paid. And in walking in to pick up, I'm not sure why I am at the counter and the woman made me come over to another counter to grab my bag instead of bringing it to me...a small thing, but not very service oriented --like i was interfering with their work coming in to pick up food. Think I will skip this one in the future. Unfortunate.

Food was decent but overpriced. $65 without tips for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff isn't the most friendly. The soda machine wasn't functioning properly. Wouldn't go again.

Ordered pickup and it was ready when I walked in. Food was still amazing even after driving 30 min home. The fried chicken was even still crispy. We will be getting this again!
The food here is beyond fantastic. The spicy ramen was amazing and all of our food came out within 10 minutes (with an exception for the pork belly bun which took about 30 minutes.)The drinks and service were great and I live the setup of the restaurant. Would go again!

I’ve been here once and it was a good experience. However, my friend wanted to go again with him and it was close to closing time. He said they serve him take-out close to close. I was hesitant but drive him. We walked in and I ask if they are open, but nobody responds, 3 people just looking at me like I’m an alien. Then I ask again, nobody responds. Then I think I asked a third time and they are looking at me like a deer in headlights. Then there is an employee that comes out from a back room and says they are closed. Which was no big deal, since I knew we were cutting it close. BUT it was VERY awkward and I wish their communication skills were better. Someone could’ve responded to my question the first time I asked instead of just staring at me. I asked in a nice manner, it wasn’t like I was mad or anything. But I’m sure the employees are nice, just felt awkward.

The vegan ramen is pretty good except for the glass noodles that you'll have to get for a true vegan ramen are not great. Have a weird pop in your mouth texture. The tofu is amazing though. Wish there were more options

Went for restaurant week. The food was overall bland. The tuna was overcooked. The ramen broth was flavorless. Lastly, the dessert was very mushy for an ice cream. Not my favorite ramen place. I’ve always loved the one in upper Arlington and I haven’t been to fukuryu in 3 years. This was really disappointing. I was not impressed.

I am so excited the Polaris location has opened and the quality is just as great as the other two locations! I come here for the tan tan ramen, and I always enjoy how quickly the food comes out and how friendly staff are. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants on Polaris overall!!
