I had high hopes. I really did.The place is pleasant and clean. The customer service is top notch, but the product was lacking.I ordered both gluten friendly for myself and traditional minis for my sons.My cupcakes were sadly so so dry.I had a few flavors and each one was no batter than the last.The icing was overly sweet.It’s unfortunate especially because one is paying a lot for one cupcake.My sons each ate one mini and neither had an interest in their second one. I have two stars because the place is otherwise very nice.

Always a treat when I get to Columbus for the holidays. Cupcakes are my perfect 50/50 mix of icing to cake. Good flavor choices. Prices are not cheap but these are worth it! See you next year!

The best cupcakes in town. I was hesitant at first because it was pretty expensive but once I took a bite out of the cupcakes it was worth every singe amount. Moist, rich, creamy and just the right amount of sweet to it. We've been there twice in one week and I have walked out with 2 boxes worth each time. They have such nice workers and its super clean inside the store as well. Highly recommend!

These are hands-down the BEST cupcakes I've ever had. Normally, I can take it or leave it with cupcakes, as I hadn't previously had any that made me want them again. Definitely not the case for Gigi's! I'll be coming back over and over for these. The cake is moist and the frosting isn't too sweet or overpowering as many other places tend to be. Really good product here!

Gigi’s saved me from a disaster! I had ordered and paid for a cake from the Suisse shop bakery and they went out of business, never told me and took my money! I went to pick up the cake the night before my daughter’s bridal shower and there was No bakery. I am from out of town and happened upon Gigi’s Cupcakes and they saved the day! The girl behind the counter was extremely nice and brought out everything they had left (it was after 5 pm). I was able to purchase what I needed and they looked amazing and were delicious. All the flavors were yummy!!
I came here for the GF cupcakes. Frosting was a little much for my liking on the wedding cake, and ganache was perfect on the chocolate. Both cupcakes were super moist. Will be returning to try other GF flavors!

There are just a HANDFUL of places in all of the COLUMBUS vicinity that are solid and clutch no matter who, what, when, where, how, and why you go. GIGI's is definitely one of these places. I've been here dozens of times over the years and just forgot to write a review but finally here it is: 1. Whatever KAREN or KAREN'S (males included) that gave this spot 3 stars needs to put the pills and bottles down and check themselves into a mental health facility.2. No matter what's on the menu it never disappoints. The cake is moist, fresh, savory and tastes homemade and not mass produced or made from a Betty Crocker mix bought from Krogers3. The icing and toppings are amazing, light fluffy, whipped nicely and doesn't taste bitter or like just CRISCO mixed with powdered sugar or some gross madness like that. 4. Forget the Cheesecake Factory, get you a cheesecake cupcake from this place. You can taste it's their own scratch made cheesecake recipe and tastes equal to or better than the Cheesecake Factory and is a quarter of the calories of a slice of cheesecake from the C. F 5. The precision in which each individual cupcake or cheesecake that is made is razorsharp and INSTAGRAMMABLE if that's your thing. 6. This place rocks with great customer service.

Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had. When I end up in Columbus, I always find myself going here before heading back home to pick up half dozen to bring home.Order a couple of days ahead so you can pick what you want, and they will have them for you the time you pick.Cupcakes are moist and worth the money. I'm a frosting person, so it's right up my alley
