I checked their website to see if they had Osso Bucco on their menu, and they did. I was really excited for this as I have been wanting to eat this dish for some time.When I arrived at the restaurant for my reservation, I was seated at a table that was very close to a band playing very loud music. I then looked at the paper menu and Osso Bucco wasn't on the menu. I was puzzled.The server comes to the table, and I ask him if they have Osso Bucco, and he replied no. I asked him if he'd check to see if they could make it because this is the reason I came here tonight. He did. He came back and said they couldn't. I've been asked him if he could see if they could make it for tomorrow, for if they did, I would return. He went back and checked, and they could not.The server was wonderful and I left him a tip for the water I drank to his surprise. I probably will never go to this restaurant again as I don't live in Columbus, but it is very disappointing that a business in this stage does not or forgot to update their webpage.

We went here on a recommendation of one of the better restaurants in the area. The service was mediocre at best. Waiter very rarely checked in at the table. Didn’t offer refills on any drinks and didn’t check back to make sure food was delivered properly. We ordered asparagus ravioli, a cheese bowl parmesan noodle and 2 drinks. The ravioli was ok and the Parmesan bowl was dry and not flavorful at all. It took about 25 minutes to get the check after we finished our meals. My wife received her drink before appetizers and was never approached to see if she wanted anything else. The waiters support help was not good either. The atmosphere while it was a nice place had so many tables crammed into the space that you were able to listen to your neighboring tables conversation. There was no manager coming around to check on the service either. Overall a very disappointing service from a place that seems to get great reviews.
