A must try hibachi even if you're new to it. Great food with tasty and balanced flavors. They even put my onions a bit on the side so I fished them out easily for my picky eaters.

It is an anchored food truck in the middle of a parking lot. The truck itself has seen better days and likely isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I ordered the shrimp and salmon combination hibachi and was not disappointed. The order was ready when expected and the staff was friendly . I was struck by how large the portion was.
