I recently ordered food from HBK and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery was late, and I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes past the promised delivery time.Waiting for food is never a pleasant experience, especially when you are hungry and looking forward to enjoying your meal. The extended delay not only tested my patience but also left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by HBK.While I understand that delays can happen, a wait time of over 40 minutes is simply unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my overall dining experience. The lack of communication or updates regarding the delay only added to the frustration, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer.As a consumer, I value punctuality and reliability when it comes to food delivery services. Unfortunately, my recent experience with HBK fell short of my expectations, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to improve their delivery process to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar delays in the future.

This was my first time experience visiting this place. When I first stepped in the lady with glasses not even greeted me just told me to sit wherevere is not vacant. She was very disrespectful, I thought she would throw a plate on my face. When I asked some food details she responded in a very rude manner. Food was also not that good as if they just heated up in microwave.

We went to have naans and curry, as we were group of 5 people, we have ordered 4 naans and 2 curries on a weekend. They served 1 curry and forgot the other one. We have waited so long almost for 40 mins and asked them for the other one, staff were completely clueless about this. We got disappointed and left naans without eating as it was already late. And then we ordered a togo of Vijayawada biryani’s and Mutton biryani’s for a party, vij biryani is smelling too bad as it was prepared yesterday and the pieces of mutton biryani are too hard, we couldn’t even eat a single piece. Such a bad experience I ever had as I was hosting the party. I would never visit this again and recommend everyone not to.

Goat fried biryani and Vijaywada biryani were sampled by us. They're both nasty and terrible. On Monday, please exercise caution as we believe it was prepared on Sunday. Please avoid it on Monday if possible every day.Terrible I’ll definitely avoid it.

The inside was very nice and the service was excellent. The waitress was super helpful with helping us decide what to get and when we got the food it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for good Indian food that is a little less Americanized than most. Delicious garlic naan too!
