I wanna start off with the server Cassandra K was super nice and highly attentive in taking care of the multiple tables she had including me and my family. The food was cooked perfectly and I'll say I love how they made my eggs biscuits and gravy.The bad part was there was a server there who did not have any tables and she was upfront at the counter messing with her hair and when my wife mentioned something to our server and our server went to handle the situation and she did nicely without a scene but the original server who was twirling her hair she was giving my wife dirty looks the rest of the time we sat and ate as a family. I will no longer go to this location. But I do wish Cassandra a great rest of her term and thank you for your amazing service.

Server had excellent service, very sweet and caring. Food was okay. Girl at front however was braiding her hair a flicking her hair every where. I let the server know and after the server said something to her she mean mugged me for the remaining part of our meal. As a person in management myself this was sad that this was the first impression of the store front and sets a unclean feeling and unwelcome atmosphere. Manager seemed to be caring and understanding, spent $100 here today. I will not be returning to this location with my family.

Management has a issue with helping customers take payments when the waiters are over worked. Waiter did a great job taking our order Management on the other hand acted like it was a problem to take a payment I could have gladly just walked out

This was the first time we have been to IHOP in several years actually as there are none on our side of town. It was overall a good experience. It seemed like the service was a little bit slow, including the bussers and kitchen, but overall we were not in a big hurry. Everything was good on my plate the split decision which includes bacon sausage, French toast and pancakes along with two eggs. I should add that my wife had the simple breakfast which comes with hashbrowns and she said that the hashbrowns were very good because they were crispy on both sides. Other restaurants will only have them crispy on one side.

Don't expect good service when you come to this restaurant. Considering the hype around this olace I was exoecting to be blown away by the pancakes. Sadly I was not. They were okay. Nothing special. The rest of breakfast was mediocre. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans are better choices.

Very expensive for what it is, though. $36 for two griddle combos - two eggs, sausage/bacon, hashbrowns, and two pancakes and two drinks.Service could have been better - took a while to get seated even though there were 5 servers on the floor and there were only two tables taken. Had trouble waving down our waiter for drink refills, too.It wasn't terribly busy. Music wasn't too loud and the place was very clean. Bathrooms were clean and functional, too.Vegetarian options: Impossible vegetarian sausage.
DO NOT ORDER THE KNUCKLE SANDWICH OR THE TOMATO BISQUE ?The cheese they use here is revolting. They put a slice of American cheese in my soup!

Most employees was pretty amazing stopped to charge my phone due to my long drive all employees but one was very nice not complaining that I was sitting in the lobby doing this one rude very unkind lady approach me stated you can't sleep here I was shocked at her very rude comment is she just said that did I look that homeless after working a 10 hour shift at Amazon I had car issues at Meijer and had to wait till morning to have it looked at and her rude comment is the point this place go suck a bad review everyone else was extremely kind

The worst experience don’t do it just don’t do it from the wait to be seated to the server not knowing what he was doing we won’t ever be back that’s the 2nd time we have went and had a horrible experience lesson
