Walked in & stood there for quite a while. Even though a worker saw me but didn't acknowledge that I came in. Selection is terrible. They do not have pepperjack cheese, don't toast, and have very little veggies to chose from. No restroom either!
I've probably just had one of the best order correction experiences ever here. Unfortunately my pick up order had the wrong sub and normally I would just eat it, but I have celiacs and can't eat gluten. After calling the store and explaining, the manager was very apologetic and told me not to eat the Sandwich and even offered to have it re-delivered because I am at work!!! Amazing

Have never had issues with JM. But I received a sub with rock hard bread. Couldn’t even bite into it. Called and they said “nothing we can do, it’s all fresh”. I’m sure it may be but like biting into a piece of oak. Disappointed with the service.
