Slowest JJ's ever. Not busy, empty restaurant, no line. But somehow they actually forgot my order. After standing and waiting patiently for about 10 minutes I finally asked. They wanted to charge me again, until I told them I'd already paid and was still waiting. They responded with, "oh sorry, looks like there's a sandwich sitting back here behind the counter, it's probably yours." ?☹️

I’m hooked on Jersey Mikes, I regret all the years in my life that I missed out on it. So much better than Jimmy John’s or Subway. Service at this location is always friendly and quick, nice enough and clean to eat your meal inside.

Brought someone with a severe gluten allergy to this location and the employees went above and beyond to ensure she had a safe experience including cleaning all surfaces and tools and using separate gloves, knives, surfaces, etc. Truly 12/10 service. Great food too.

Delivery driver Uber eat. Every time when I go there to pickup order they say we don't have Uber order but in reality they have it in there system and they even don't check the computer and look for the order and print the order .they force you to cancel order . So they play games with orders ..................stay away from them and keep your uber drive rating good .I'm 100 % sure what I'm saying

I ordered a BLT carry out. When I got home and opened it, it was mainly bacon, with a little bit of lettuce, and no tomato. I tried calling the store multiple times on multiple days, and no one answered. I would not recommend this location.

If you are thinking of going to Jersey Mikes, save the $12 and just take a shot of vinegar ($.13) and vomit. Same difference. Soggy bread, cheap meat, tasteless cheese, zombie employees and veggies SOAKED in vinegar. Hard pass.

The person with no eyebrows is always very rude. Doesn’t wanna serve anyone, acts as they were shutting down in 5 minutes. Not the first time I’ve been treated rudely by person, but they were still open for an hour and a half. An online order came in while he was sweeping, aggressively, only to be rude towards him when he wanted to purchase a couple cookies.

Chicken was so ground it didn’t even taste like chicken, mushrooms were great.#5 super sub had No dressing on it.Unfortunate only one person working.

The food is pretty good, but the staff is amazing. Everyone there is so kind :) there was a slight mix-up with the order but they fixed it for me and were super nice about it!

This is by far above a 2.5, just had a great customer experience and the sub is on par price wise but much better than any other spot that is local. Michael, Jamie and Kezze deserve a big time raise. Highly recommend stopping by.

Just abysmal customer service and their customer service number is non existent. Also if you order on their app it always says 45 minutes and when you go in they service time of customers while you sit and wait until they get to your order. Love the food but the attitude and service is so poor!
