Since Jimmy John’s insists on charging a premium on other food delivery services I thought I would order through their own website. It took over an hour before we finally saw our food was delivered, went outside, and nothing was there. I put on our order specifically to please call me when they were close to avoid any confusion in delivery. I called the restaurant since you have no way of contacting the driver and it isn’t Uber or Doordash, and they told me our order had been handed to someone else in an entirely different building with no apology. Fast delivery at this place is a thing of the past, as is reading comprehension or customer service I guess.

Ran in here to grab a quick lunch on the goI got a unwiched sandwich, which means it's wrapped in lettuce instead of bread, so a great healthy option. The service was friend and quick. It's was also nice and clean inside which is always appreciated. sandwich came out great! Will definitely be back.

Went to the store at 7pm doors locked window lights off. Went back after I ran to gas station. Door locked lights off still in window but woman behind counter was food prepping while I knocked on door and window. Did not look up at all. Your hours of operation are until 9pm.

Would not recommend manager is a bully when training. The computer was not working and rude. When picking up my order same guy when asking for a bag and napkins that you can see on the other side of the counter never looks up says they are right there. I did not know it is self serve when it’s Togo. The new employee said is it self serve and the manager said yes they all are. I will stick with the one by me rather then go there fire house, O’Charleys in Penn Station are all around there if you’re looking for an alternative

Ordered two sandwich combos to be delivered. 45 minutes later, no sandwiches. Tried to call repeatedly, no one picks up the phone. Have to DRIVE to the store and ask them to cancel the order. They refuse. Because even though their own system shows that they’ve been out for delivery for 49 minutes, they might be delivered eventually. Absolutely nothing they can do, they say, with not so much as an apology. Half an hour later, sandwiches finally show up. Total of an hour and half after ordering. Both sandwiches had Mayo on them, and sat over an hour in a hot car. FYI, Mayo isn’t supposed to sit out for more than two hours at room temp before it becomes unsafe. Definitely too close to the wire for me. So if you have no expectation of a timely delivery or fresh food, and love it when people ignore your phone calls and offer zero customer service, by all means order from here.

This place never has delivery drivers. Every other day they can't deliver during stated delivery hours. Manager needs to get it together! No shortage excuses either. Time to pay up.
