made an order thru uber eats, Turkey tom un which with add cucumbers, got the un which with no turkey, called manager Shaney to tell her and she catches an attitude. Great costumer service lady.

went to two dif locations that told us to leave bc they wanted to close 40 min early…. drove across town for our final hope at 8:40 (when it’s suppose to close at 9) and it was already shut down too .. nooooooooo. lot of driving around for nothing jimmy. don’t advertise times when you aren’t true :’(

Not good experience at all!!! Lady in the window made my food with her bare hands and still gave it to me. She took 5 minutes to greet at the drive thru. Would not recommend!!

Unfortunately this is the only Jimmy John's close to me, I've been there four times and four times the people working at this location are so unbelievably rude. They act as if you are putting them out by being a paying customer and having to serve you. It wasn't just one tome, it was all four times and I now dread going in there because I'm not sure of how I will be treated. I've actually driven to Grandview from German Village to avoid the rude people that work there. I really hope they fix this.I'm adding to this 4 year old review. I can't believe this location still exists. I have never received a correct order e even when I bring the order on paper in the store. Food grief.

This was my first time at this location. All I have to say is that the staff that was working this morning were amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I was greated by one of the ladies working. One of the other ladies helped me pick some toppings and was very friendly. The third woman that delivered my sub was just as friendly as the first two. I'm in the service industry and I like watching other people in the business work while I eat and all of these ladies worked so well together and you could just tell that they truly enjoy working together. You could tell that everyone was doing their part to make sure the shift was running smoothly and having fun at the same time. I thanked them when I was leaving and wished them a blessed day. Very refreshing to witness this today. Again, great job ladies and I'll see you again soon! Jon

Overall my experience here was not great. The actual store itself was super clean and had a nice vibe. It was also nice that there were no other customers. The employee taking my order was very awkward and didn’t talk clearly. I asked to put my rewards number in and he didn’t understand and said it was broken. I brushed that part off but then he mumbled something about that I have a reward but he couldn’t use it for my order. He seemed really over his job and not helpful. Also, when I went to pay, I inserted my credit card into the chip reader and it processed and then he said I also had to swipe my card. I have never heard of this and it was very suspicious. One last thing, there was a vape from one of the employees just sitting on the counter which I thought was disgusting. Overall not a great experience.
