Service was slow as molasses and they didn’t even get the order right. I can’t imagine how bad this place would be if there was an event going on at one of the nearby areas. The place was really clean tho.

Was first time and last time visit to this location. Employee on the phone every other word was the "f" word other employee bantering back and forth with him. Place was filling up with customers since it was a hockey night. The employee on the phone was wearing gloves when he decided to help he never changed gloves before making sandwiches. All customers were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. Was totally ridiculous customer service. I asked for a manager was told none was working.

I was in town due to a concert, and because we ended up being late getting downtown, all the restaurants had too long of a wait. We decided to try Jimmy John's, and even though there was a lot of people inside, it's fast food so how long could it take?Forever.We waited for about an hour (maybe 50-60 min) and we had finally reached the front, but we had been at the front for a while. A good 10 min at LEAST. Our orders were not taken. We were not acknowledged. We were complaining amongst ourselves about how we noticed that one of only two (TWO!!!!! ON THE DAY OF A CONCERT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET????? And originally there was only one employee. The other one was sitting in the back of the room slicing cheese. I'm sure that's important but it was very not helpful in the moment) employees was ONLY doing mobile orders. Some people who had recently come in mobile ordered so they could sit down, and they got their food before we were even spoken to. Finally after a bit over an hour, the employee told us flatly that she will only be going mobile orders and will not even take our order until she finishes the last one and another doesn't come in, so we should just leave. She's very rude about it though, not nice in the slightest. Keep in mind at this point we had still not spoken to her. Or complained to her. Additionally, she was moving rather slow and didn't seem to care about anyone in the room except herself and the mobile orders. But at this point many of us have caught on to this and so several mobiles kept coming in at once. We ended up deciding to leave because of this, and we spent a lot of money on stadium food that we wouldn't have had to do had this location been properly staffed and actually HELPING THE PHYSICAL PATRONS!! This ruined my night for a couple HOURS afterwards.Thanks Jimmy John's ?Genuinely never coming back... to any location.

Walked into the restaurant, the music was so loud. The person taking the order could not here us when we ordered. We spent over 80.00 and all the sandwiches were incorrectly made. We threw most of meals away. It took us over 1/2 hour to get our meals. It was a very bad experience and hopefully all jimmy johns are not like this. . If it was a sit down I could have understood the time frame but for fast food this was a horrible time. The employees were dancing. They were busy andhad one person making the sandwiches, all the rest were goofing around. We did not receive napkins finally had to ask for them. I would never recommend this place. Due to this experience I am thinking of writing a letter to corporate.

I went to Jimmy John's to get a Turkey Tom with double meat and cheese at 245p on 2/2/24. I waited almost 15 minutes before i was able to place my order. One person was taking orders at the register and the other person was talking on her personal phone and no one was making the sandwiches. Jeswuan at the register had to yell out for sandwich makers to the line. There were five people in front of me. So I waited another 15-20 minutes for my food to be made. I got my food and went back to work. Upon opening my food up I noticed they didn't give me the double meat I paid for. I went back to Jimmy Johns and told the assistant manager and she took my sandwich and put more meat on the sandwich and that was it. I typically don't eat at Jimmy Johns and I wont be patronizing them again.

This location is horribly run. Went several times over a few days while at a weeklong event at the Nationwide arena. The service was horrible every time. We took takeout. The seating area is kind of dumpy. Paid for extras, but they were left out. Asked for no mayo and got mayo. Asked for sandwiches cut, and got uncut. Some of the staff argumentative. Some of the staff move in slow motion.

The food always tastes good, but it is quite poorly run. I ordered a simple sandwich and a bag of chips for delivery today at 12:14. I didn't receive it until 1:38. The tracking on the website just said order received for a long time and then all of a sudden it was marked complete, still without my food. I waited for a while after reading other reviews about the speed of delivery being embarrassingly slow and finally decided to call. After giving my delivery address I was told that she could see where the driver was and that he had a couple stops before me but that he should be delivering mine in a couple of minutes. It was only a couple minutes after I called that I did finally get my order.I have had poor experiences at least half of the time that I actually go into the store or order for pickup as well.

We grabbed a sandwich here before a Blue Jackets game, and the music was so loud it was hard to hear the staff. I ordered a sandwich without lettuce and got a wrap with lettuce. I took my sandwich up to the counter and asked them to remake my sandwich. Because of the excessively loud music, they had a hard time hearing me and vice versa. They said they were out of French bread and only had wheat sandwich bread. They said the cashier was supposed to be telling the customers as they ordered. A lot of the customers were complaining about the music and lack of french bread. Definitely not a stellar visit to Jimmy John's.

The last two deliveries that I have had from this location ended up being a disaster. The first incident involved the store forgetting to add any meat to my sandwich. I'm giving 2 stars only because the store did issue store credit for a sandwich in the future because of it. The second incident (in a row involving deliveries) took place earlier this afternoon. The food did show up in a timely manner, but it was the wrong sandwich entirely. I will likely not be going back to this location moving forward.

should really consider changing the motto - the delivery is so slow i FREAK OUT. every time i order, i end up calling to see if they lost/didn't receive my order because it's been over an hour of waiting. it's a 2 min drive or 10 min walk, so i really don't see an excuse for this. also no tracking available which seems behind for a restaurant that's so heavy in delivery orders. honestly not sure why i keep thinking it'll be different. i order out of convenience and it ends up being anything but that.

So we were trying to find a quick place to eat befor a concert decided to go to jimmy Johns I went up town the counter and asked if I could build or customize a sandwich the employee was very rude and went on to say of course you can’t build a sandwich this isn’t subway even though on there website ordering online and even a quick google search shows they can build or customize a sandwich and there’s absolutely no reason you shouldn’t be able to there was also not a single person up in the front when we came in and the guy really shouldn’t be working with the public if he can’t have polite conversation and should really know the police’s if your working there kind of ridiculous a sandwich shop wouldn’t allow you to build your own or remove and add things to a sandwich especially when there’s no customers and you could do it through the mobile app

It was a very busy evening with only 2 employees. Wait was approx 45 min. And the cashier wearing gloves was also helping make sandwiches without changing gloves. Order was wrong and food awful. They were friendly and extremely busy.

The absolute WORST JimmyJohn’s. Placed an order on 8/3/23 at 11:20am over an hour and half later still nothing. The store doesn’t pick up they let it ring and ring with no voicemail. Then if you call for 40 minutes straight someone will finally pick up put you on hold for 5 minutes then hang up. The worst location.
