My son came in to pick up on line order and the doors were locked because bread was not done. The staff was sitting at a table, talking about him and another girl waiting, Like look at them the bread’s not gonna cook any faster with them waiting there. Three of them went in the back to smoke and left one girl out there to work. Never will I nor him go in there again.

FYI: do not order delivery from here. I have made the mistake and the last two times with no notification my order is simply not completed or delivered. No contact, nothing. I once had one successful delivery from this store, and that time, they left me a weird note in sharpie on the receipt saying they made an exception to deliver inside my apartment building but that they didn’t have to. I have a ton of empathy for how busy and bad delivery jobs can be, but if its a big deal just call and say you’re going to leave the bag outside the building (which is fine), and if you’re not going to complete an order at all have the courtesy to at least notify the customer or not accept the order. 0/5 if I could, do not recommend.

I ordered through doordash at ~1:30pm and after almost an hour and a half wait, instead of the 20-23 it was estimated, I saw an Order Complete status. Problem was, I never got my order. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes while people talked in the background. I then called over 10 more times and nobody answered. I couldn't do anything through doordash since JJs delivers their own food. I then left work and stopped in on my way home to ask for some clarification and am told "the driver never showed up" and the dude grabs a bag off the counter, that I'm guessing had been sitting there for at least an hour, and hands it to me.

Made a big order. 2 hours later I called. Someone picked up...grunted "yeah." Asked about my order. Person grunted "ran outta bread..." "Excuse me?" "Ran outta bread." "Um, were you going to tell me?" I did report it and JJ sent some gift cards that I don't intend to ever use.

Consistently some of the slowest service I’ve experienced at a Jimmy John’s, or any fast casual restaurant for that matter. Also encountered multiple unfriendly staff members.

This place just cant get the orders right and im done. I ordered a turkey tom with extra lettuce, add pickles, etc. This sad sandwich is what was delivered. Sounds like dibellas is my only option by work.

Totally bizarre experience. I understand being short staffed, if that is the issue here, but this place is such a mess its not worth trying. Ordered two sandwiches. 30 minutes later the tracker was still stuck on "order received" so I tried to call. Called twice and no one picked up, so I called the main Jimmy John's customer service line. They couldn't reach the 5th Ave. store either so I asked to cancel my order. They sent a request to cancel to 5th Ave. An hour after I put in my order I get a call from 5th Ave. explaining that they were busy, they apologized, I said it was ok but I wanted a refund. Two hours after I put in my order I get a text saying my food has been delivered. I say that I cancelled my order. They say, that "its free then". I go to my porch and there is nothing there. I let the person know that they have the wrong house, or the wrong customer. They confirm my address. I tell them again that there is nothing on my porch. They stop responding. I don't want the food, but this is just insane. They can't make the food on time, they can't deliver on time (two hours!!) and they can't even deliver to the right house. Let's hope they can actually follow through with the refund. I haven't seen any evidence of it yet... :(

I understand when places are short staffed and try to give the employees the benefit of the doubt. However, I was told someone would be right with me. After waiting for over 10 minutes with no one in the store besides myself, I went to order and they informed me that it was cash only. I didn’t have any cash on me, so I waited that long for nothing. There was no sign indicating it was cash only, otherwise I would have left right away. I didn’t receive an apology from the workers or anything. It was not a great experience after a long day of work to say the least…

Do not come here. I normally don’t even write reviews but I just want to warn people not to come here and waste your time. Staff is incredibly rude. We walked in, someone was at the register, and didn’t even look up at us or even say anything. We had to go up to them, they still didn’t look up at us and just said “we’re only taking cash orders.” I’m not sure if this is true or not, but it really seemed like they just didn’t want us in there.

I ordered from Doordash. After 1 hour (vs 18 minute order time) I called the store and they just they are short drivers. They didn’t care. I told them please cancel my order. They never did and charged me $15.50. I will never order from this place again. Poor service and liars!

If you place an online order & they dont have a driver, you will sit around for an hour. You’ll call, they then say they dont have a driver & “refund” you. This happened months ago & I never got my money back. They emailed me a voided copy but I never got my money. The other night, I thought Id give them another try. Placed an order, it never came. Never got a call from them & they closed by the time I was wondering where my food was (I did order about 45 minutes before close) however, calling would be helpful. I don’t recommend this location for delivery services

I placed on line order at 1:42 p.m. and waited an half hour and my order was just received. I placed several calls but no one was picking up the phone, so I went to the location. In the past, I placed an order for delivery and it didn't move so I called the store and was told that they didn't have any drivers, so I had them cancel the order. Today, they had a driver but I had them cancel the order at 2:38 p.m. since the my order was not made.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!This location is terrible. Freaky fast delivery... absolutely not. They can't even complete a delivery. I've had this location say it was delivered when it never was. Delivery be so late it had to be cancelled cause I had to leave hungry. Show up an hour later after numerous calls unanswered at the store. Today I was called 30 mins after order placed just to be told no delivery drivers. This is so unacceptable. Just quit offering delivery! Problem solved. Seems like you would rather drive customers away so you aren't busy anymore. Shut the store down. Jimmy Johns = huge failure!
