New to Columbus from Pennsylvania. We were excited to try the pizza shop a cross the street from us. Just go outside and walk across the busy roadway.Never again.We called the pizza in, and when we got there 15 minutes later. They asked us what we had and then we paid. Only to find out the pizza wasn't even started. So they get frustrated with us like it was our fault, and then the customer service skills showed.Needless to say we won't be back not only because they are rude and condescending. As a pizza fanatic. This was not it. I miss the north east already if this is the best pizza in Columbus... Wow

This is my Aunt's favorite pizza, so I decided to give it a try. Its not horrible.....but its not my favorite. The crust is too thin for my liking, pepperoni is spicy, and I dont like spicy pepperoni, the sauce is not bad, but something is missing. My son loved the pizza....most kids do ...this pizza doesn't have an authentic taste....definitely cannot compete with other competitors......I highly recommend trying a small before you go large...

I always go to Joe's for my pizzas and subs food wonderful. But today I ordered a salad I got the end part of the lettuce and a lot of yellow lettuce few tomatoes and a whole bunch of peppers Joe usually me wonderful salads I don't know what happened I couldn't eat it I just kind of wasted my money on that Joe please check on your salad makers customer 10 years coming to Joe's.

We wanted to try a new pizza place in Columbus tonight, photos of the pizza looked good from previous reviews. We ordered carry-out and the lady did not give me a price after ordering just said 20 minutes, not a bad wait time and I wasn’t to upset about it. We got a large Ham and Bacon pizza with extra sauce under the cheese, some pizza places put the extra sauce on top. We were very disappointed with the pizza, it was over cooked our toppings were burnt. They were very stingy with the toppings as well. I feel like the pizza would’ve been really good if it had more toppings and wasn’t over cooked. Unfortunately, we probably won’t try this place a second time… I was so disappointed thinking I was going to get what looks like mouth watering delicious pizza from pictures in reviews from others… wish that was the experience we had. But the wait time wasn’t bad at all. :)

I received DOORDASH delivery and it was FAST and food was still very warm! The pepperoni pizza is good; glad I didn’t order extra cheese..not needed! The Italian sub was delicious and the best Chef salad I’ve had in a long time! Very satisfying.The prices are reasonable and I will order from Joe’s again and again!Parking: The pizzeria is located in a small shopping strip and shares the parking lot. There’s nearby street parking.
