If I could give zero stars I would. The entrance closest to the pharmacy AND the handicap parking spots is enter only so if you are disabled or need to park in the handicap spots you can enter by the pharmacy but have to walk all the way to the other side of the store to exit and then walk the length of the parking lot to your car. They also allow people being tested/treated for Covid to sit right by the line to the pharmacy putting vulnerable people at risk to catch Covid. I personally think this is a health hazard and shouldn't be allowed. If you are in any way immunocompromised I would avoid the pharmacy and store all together. The pharmacy technicians working in the pharmacy are under trained and under educated and cant even pronounce medication names correctly.

Aracely R was my shopper. I used this service for the first time ever due to a back injury and she made my experience so much better than I anticipated. She stayed in constant contact with me while filling my order and let me know what she was able to replace any out of stock items with. She was very pleasant and beyond helpful and totally deserves a good raise in pay for her exceptional efforts in customer service. I hope she is recognized for her high quality of care to the customer and for her delightful disposition.

The Christmas Grinch has a name... Kroger in the Brewery District... I have been relying on their pickup and delivery service since my brain injuries, but this week they accepted an order for delivery on Thursday, then moved to Friday, then moved to Saturday, then cancelled without notice or offer to reschedule. (I know, you might be thinking it's due to weather, but they are fulfilling orders placed after mine and in fact they can't even find my order now, and weren't interested in order # or screen shot). The multiple people I spoke with on the phone (including management) had zero interest in helping and some didn't even know Kroger offered delivery. They also had zero interest in any solution, even a pick up order before Monday. My physical limitations were also of no interest (by the way, don't rely on using an electric cart at that store...they are usually all taken by able bodied "joy riders") I'm trying to serve a few people for Christmas Eve and can't drive or Uber to Kroger and do it myself due to physical challenges and they won't even offer to set up a pick-up. They could care less. May the Universe reward them justly, and may the people I spoke with tonight find it in their heart to rejoin the human race. Oh and I'm a paid Kroger "Boost" member, so what I have described is their "premium" level of customer service.

I had a very nice visit today at this Kroger. I was looking for sweet Italian chicken or turkey sausage and the meat department lady really and truly helped me find it. ( it's down by the kielbasa). The produce department was awesome too. I found exactly what I needed in the organic section. I went to the self checkout and an employee bagged my stuff! Great!

I usually shop at this Kroger location on Georgesville Road but in the past few months it seems the selection of items are minimal & not stocked or missing. I understand the lack of workers or shortage due to transportation of shipments, but both the Krogers in Grove City off 665 or Stringtown road do not have these issues where whole sections of food are missing. I may drive further to the Grove City stores now on just so I have everything I need. Today the whole section of hamburger was gone & the frozen potato section was completely missing. I have pictures.

No greeted. Not asked for Kroger card and I was bagging my own groceries when cashier handed me the receipt. I asked if she could scan my card - too late she stated "she thinks I can take my receipt and card to the customer service desk"

If I could, I would've given zero stars! Ordered a cake for my five year olds birthday party and it was terrible! It looked like my five year old decorated it. The writing was sloppy and it looked like they messed up the writing then tried covering it with a different color. Now mind you, I ordered it 48 hours in advance and had to order out of town because where I live, neither Kroger or Walmart had a cake decorator. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!

staff clicklist better and not make one poor boy do it all. yiu could have had one of the several employees in the lot doing carts help take groceries to cars to get caught up or something. I have now been waiting 45 minutes 15 of which I had to park elsewhere because all the spots are full which others are doing now too.

Clicklist is under staffed and takes way too long.

I waited 2 hours for my pick up, which they hadn't even pulled off the shelf yet. And no one had the courtesy to even tell us. Terrible.

I normally recommend this store but within the past couple of weeks I have had an issue that I would like to bring to this locations attention, my mother that is 69 years old went into the Georgesville Square location and there were only 3 carts available that were stuck together while trying to get them apart smashed two fingers that she is currently icing there was another older lady trying to help her. I have went into your location a few times in the past couple of weeks and cart availability has been an issue each time and a few friends I know that frequent your location have had the same issue where some have had to go back outside and get carts from the parking lot. Why is getting the carts inside becoming such an issue?

My first time here. Just moved into the area. Very friendly and helpful staff! Store is clean and well stocked. I’ll certainly be back.

They have their issues but for the most part it's just a normal grocery store. Friendly for the most part! My biggest pet peeve is them only having one baby cart and it always being in the back, where I then have to dig it out.
