My sister loves this place, the staff is great and the food is awesome too. I've dedicated a lot of mornings to stopping by and picking up something from their bakery. (The dessert I got in the photo was about $30)

Chatelaine in Worthington is not what it was now that new management has stepped in.The food was cold and the staff argued in front of us regarding how much lettuce to portion on our plates; everyone working there appeared miserable which impacted our experience. Unprofessional and expensive given the small portions. When speaking with the manager, in stead of handling the experience, she made things our problem and told us we were the only people who had an issue with them and there was nothing she could do. Unprofessional again.Such an unfortunate experience for what was once such a great experience with great food.We will definitely not be returning.

With the fact how one of the waiters acted with me(she speaks Spanish too), I won’t come back. The food was okay, I had cauliflower soup, quiche, and strawberry tart, soup was the best.

A cute, tasty little lunch! I had the three course combo with the salad, potato soup, and prosciutto+brie sandwich, plus a quiche lorraine. Nothing was particularly remarkable, but it was all tasty and high quality! The sandwich in particular was delicious, the brie and prosciutto were excellent, but the bread was a bit too hard. The quiche was pleasantly creamy and the crust was great. Soup was delicious. It was a touch pricey for the portions you get, but overall I enjoyed my meal!We picked up some croissants to take home :-)

Our Breast Cancer Group had a Galentines Luncheon at La Chatelaine Worthington where Gabby and the staff treated us like royalty. The food was fantastic! We sampled and shared our entrees and pastries. Everything was authentic and delicious. Many of us traveled from various places in Ohio and think this is a top notch place to host an event! A cozy, relaxed, and charming place to dine and treat yourself! Thank you, Gabby and staff!Vegetarian options: We had a vegetarian and a vegan in our group and there were delicious options for them! They enjoyed their selections!

Stopped in with my mom on a Sunday for lunch. I had visited the Dublin location previously and this location was pretty similar. It had numerous rooms with tables decorated in a French style with exposed dark wood and decor. I ordered a ham baguette, added Swiss cheese, and had them warm it. I also ordered a cup of the Caesar salad. My mom ordered the lunch combo with a sandwich, side salad, and tomato soup. Both of our meals were tasty and fresh. While we looked over the pastries and desserts, we were full and ended up not getting anything. We snagged a table right across from the ordering line, so I was able to watch other diners order. The staff were polite and quick in service, so the line kept moving. It's kind of cafeteria style, where the prepared items will be handed to you before checking out. Things like my warmed baguette sandwich will be brought to your table when ready. They have entrees, brunch items, and other things that may be fancier. But their sandwiches are so tasty I've never ordered something else.

Omlettes were wonderful. Pastries a bit of a disappointment for a Monday morning. I'm rating food a three rather than four because the lattes also took too long and were lukewarm. Big disappointment in an otherwise fancy bakery.
