I asked for an extra most bestest. I got a pizza with pepperoni going in one small circle literally. I should of checked. But it so so busy in there I left. It already took them 45 minutes to make it. So I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes for them to remake. I had kids waiting.

I've used the app twice (I've already uninstalled). Both times this brick and mortar has messed my order up. This time, not only did I not receive the crazy sauce that came with the Italian cheese bread, but I didn't receive the two butter garlic sauces nor the two cheezy jalapeno sauces I paid extra for. What am I supposed to dip my dry breadsticks with coagulated cheese into?! UGH! I've spent approximately $50 within both instances. I will NEVER order from Little Caesars again.

Horrible place to eat at. 1st off they put to much butter on these breadsticks and when you tell them not to but extra butter guess what they do .. put extra butter like clean yall ears out . Well I was online ordering when I was all done excited that the rest of my gift card covered two pizzas and crazy bread because I’m a crazy bread freak but only with coupon I found out they don’t except gift cards to order online so ok no problem I called and devastated I couldn’t use the coupon they offer online an the app for over phone/ in person orders but the coupon didn’t say that an in fact he didn’t even know what I was talking about when I mentioned the coupon from the app so I unfortunately had to sacrifice either my bread (the whole reason I suggested that for dinner) or a pizza meaning not everybody will be full so i think they should mention better detail on the online coupons and inform employees of said coupon deals

My reviews are typically only because i like a place so much that i have to say something. This is not the case. I waited over an hour for my order after ordering online half an hour before arriving (so an hour and a half of wait.) I arrived and the place was crowded with little space to exist without touching another person, I went up and told them my order name and they told me it would be about 15 minutes. I watched over the next hour as everyone who came in before and after me got served before I did. I checked twice more about my order and each time they would say soon, only for me to wait even longer. If i hadn't already paid i would have left. The woman behind the counter was stressed and not doing anything (I watched her on multiple occasions walkt into the pizza cooking area just to stare at tickets.)Honestly one of the worst experiences i have ever had with Little Ceasars. I would not recommend anyone to go to that location.
