Fast and delicious! We had the short ribs, Special shrimp, spam musubi and sesame balls. All were delicious. We had bubble tea for beverages. Definitely coming back.

First time ordering and we will certainly be back. Pineapple fried rice, katsu musubi, crab Rangoon and spam musubi were all delicious, but the Hawaiian mochiko chicken was the highlight for us. Very stoked to have found this place.

Love their spam masubi and boba tea. Last few times they haven't had boba and subbed for jellies which isn't my favorite, but the tea is still very good. Have had a few things on the menu and liked everything I have tried.Parking: It's on a strip mall so there is limited parking.

This is really good food. Would say more about the restaurant itself but my only complaint is that pretty far from where i am. Id be eating here literally everyday if it was further down south of N.High Street. Regardless its a must have.

The food here is delicious!! Don't be deceived by the small appearance, the food servings are generous and prices are more than reasonable! I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu!

I ate a pleasant meal recently [1-17-2024] at Lucky Hawaiian BBQ at 4330 N. High St. in the "Clintonville" neighborhood of Columbus.I had been planning to attend a meeting that evening at a nearby church so it had been great to be able to eat across the street, so close to that church, immediately before my meeting. My food choice had been Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. It had been great to be able to study the menu, in advance, "on line."Pineapple Fried Rice [that I had requested instead of the white rice that automatically comes with most meals] had been $1.50 extra but certainly had been worth the additional charge. My meal had been flat pieces of sliced meat [that I am certain had been beef rather than chicken] served with brown sauce on a bed of shredded cabbage. My meal had included a tiny little plastic container of macaroni salad [that they told me they make "in-house"] [that I later learned is a Hawaiian tradition].I had been the only "dine in" customer in the rather small dining room the entire time while I had been there; however, several people briefly entered the restaurant to pick up "to go" orders that they had ordered "on line."I greatly appreciated the several wall decorations [palm trees, beaches, life preservers, etc.] that definitely gave Lucky Hawaiian BBQ a "Hawaiian" flavor. If you are in Clintonville and are looking for some "Hawaiian" food, I recommend Lucky Hawaiian BBQ.

Ordered pick up from here and the food was just so bland and disappointing. Big portion sides but far below average. I got the kahlua pork and it was so dry, the "bbq" they provide you is so watery and not flavorful. I got the side of Hawaiian bbq chicken too and that was better. Just don't get the pork lol. Ive had a lot of Hawaiian bbq and this just isn't it. Hai poke would be way better but that isn't even true hawaiian bbq.. sad because I was looking forward to trying this place! Unsure why the reviews are so good

I had a great experience at Lucky Hawaiian BBQ. I ordered delivery service, and it was ready very quickly and was packaged well upon arrival. I started with the mango smoothie, which was very refreshing and delicious. It also had popping boba tea which was a fun surprise. I also got the spring rolls which were very crunchy and delicious. Lastly, I tried the BBQ chicken which tasted heavily of teriyaki but was also very enjoyable. For the price and the quantity, Lucky's was a fantastic deal and a great option if you're looking to support a local Hawaiian BBQ business.

Solid every single time. Huge portions and you can never go wrong with the Combo and Spam Musubi.

Ordered on GrubHub and the food was delivered so fast. It was incredibly delicious and a pleasant change of pace to normal Columbus eats.

Carryout only, hole in the wall, but fantastic! Will be on the regular rotation for pickup. Garlic shrimp and BBQ chicken were amazing. Mac salad was surprisingly good, ate until I was uncomfortable. Red bean sesame balls were odd but delicious. The Crab Rangoon are obviously homemade and 3-4x the crab and filling of your average place. Never had Spam Musabi and was pleasantly surprised. Hidden gem.
