So far so good ! Great ice tea; yummy spicy turkey sandwich and a loaded spud is delicious. Service was courteous and prompt. Worth going to if you don’t want a lot of noisy chatter too. ?

First time trying this place and I will not be back. Put mayo and mustard on my sandwich when I asked for it off but clearly realized they messed up and tried to cut the part with the sauces off but failed? The half sandwich is also only about four bites, puny. The broccoli cheddar soup is very mushy and stringy. Not a good texture. Panera is way more expensive but I'd much rather have that then this. And now I'm home and can't get a refund because I took food to go. Oh well hope this warning helps others.

Highly disappointed in McAlisters deli hilliard Rome road location for not even using any real grilled chicken in a simple GRILLED Ceasar salad. This is lunch meat not real grilled chicken! If I wanted a salad with lunch meat, then I'd have made one at home. Expected real grilled chicken not lunch meat chicken ?. Won't be ordering this place any time soon. Should have noted there was no more chicken left and I could have ordered something else. Super disappointed!

My wife ordered the chicken sandwich but got the chicken club. We had to send it back. When the sandwich did arrive, there was very little chicken, and the chicken was dry. I got the Reuben and a side of mac&cheese. The corned beef was ok but was stacked in the middle of the bread. A lot of the bread was empty. There were a few pieces sauerkraut and the cheese was pretty non-existent. The mac&cheese was bad. The noodles were so overcooked that they had the consistency of mashed potatoes, and the cheese sauce tasted like paste. I could not eat it. High priced but low quality food. Disappointing!

MAC and Cheese, Broccoli, Buffalo Chicken and Veggie Sandwiches were all fantastic. The Apple Caramel lemonade was also a bit hit! Ordered pickup and it was very efficient and accurate.

"If I don't feel up to cooking on a hot summer day, McAlister's DeliI is worth the pay", I love their deli sandwiches!:) Plus they are people-friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my food.Parking: No need, it's near Meijers on Hilliard Rome Rd and well worth the traffic!:)Wheelchair accessibility: Just "roll"right on inside!:)
